Excellent service. They installed my brand new busuness’s system last year and did a great job. Always communicated well, had transparent pricing and worked efficiently. When I had an unexpected issue, they showed up immediately to resolve and got me back up and running same day.

I’ve had recurring issues with my split systems, but Air Design has always come through. The staff is respectful, professional, and quick to respond, and the technicians treat my home with care. I rarely review but the service was terrible. Very overpriced for poor results. Context: For my central air system, got a yearly maintenance service (with a fee + “warranty” ) then a fews week later got another service done to reconnect some air ducts (a much higher price with even with the “warranty”). Then system stopped working correctly so I scheduled an another service. The poor service: For this recent service, when the guy came he barely did anything for an hour (they charge per 30 mins!) and charged me over $200 to tell me the system is working “fine” nothing to fix. Complete waste of my time and money. I simply went to another local technician and he correctly diagnosed the problem and correct fix. The same system that was “fine”. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth it in my opinion.

They were instrumental in undoing a terrible service job that I received the year before from a different company. Their prices are set prior to their arrival. There are no last-minute surprises as an engineer comes first to assess the situation and you get a firm quote. My mom has been using them for years. I don’t know why it took me so long to get on board.

I would highly recommend Air Design from my family's experience with this wonderful company for many years. Recently, my 93 year old mother's AC broke in the heat wave at 5:30 pm and Jim had a repair man at the house within an hour. Mike let us know when he would be arriving and he was so professional. My mom was able to stay and sleep at her own house. We appreciate the speedy response and the excellent service.

I am very pleased with the service of Air Design. John the manager makes sure to check if a needed part is still under warranty. Mike is the best maintenance man in the air conditioning industry. He’s so honest that if he notices something not quite right in the system he’ll mention it, but he insists it doesn’t have to be fixed now. I realize that if I pay attention to what Mike is telling me, then we are prevented from having unpleasant surprises during the hot summer months. Thanks to Air Design we enjoy an operating and trouble free air conditioning system the entire summer year after year.

We have an annual contract for service of our home HVAC. The folks at AirDesign are responsive and always helpful. Their technician Michael has made at least 3 calls over the years to prep our system for the season. He is efficient and highly knowledgeable. We can wholeheartedly recommend AirDesign.

What I needed was someone to tell me if my heating system was up to speed for the upcoming winter. I realized there were a couple zones in the home that weren't heating properly. This service call was a waste of money. The guy that came out did not appear knowledgeable in multi zone radiant heating. I also feel like he made sure he stayed over 30 minutes so I could be assessed an additional charge. He kept asking me questions as if I should know more about heating than him. He ended up taking a picture of the system and said he would have to do some research to figure out how to fix it. He also gave me the option to replace the entire system, and said he could give me a quote. I really had other things in the home I wanted him to take a look at, but seeing how long it was taking, I just cut my loses. After 00:45 minutes he was done. 10 of those minutes he was in the bathroom. It cost me $228.12 to end up dealing with the same issues. I gave him exact change. Haven't heard from him or the company since. Angie's List is hit or miss.

Very fast and professional. Labor charge was OK but was charged $135 for a part that I could have bought for under $20
