Heat pump put in

A/C unit pooped out, and was in complete distress. I called the afterhours line, and got a call first thing in the morning. They had a tech at my house at 9am, and it was fixed within 30 minutes (capacitor blew). Travis was exceedingly nice, explained the issue, and had cold air running in no time. Cost was beyond reasonable (and I've been gouged by other HVAC guys before). I WILL be calling Bell again, and passing their number out like it was pez (do you millennials even know what Pez is nowadays?). Heaps o' thanks, Bell!

The do the job perfectly

Made an appointment in May and the earliest they could come was July - when I did not get a confirmation call the day before expected services I thought it was suspicious so I called the next am only to be told we do not have you in the system?. We waited 8 weeks for this appointment and we are not even in the system. They also said someone could not get to us for another 5 weeks. Terrible and not apologetic at all for a HUGE mistake. I would NEVER use this company or recommend them To anyone. Horrible.

Being Out of State, looking for a company to service a boiler at the family house. Able to contact Bell who not only was able to go to the house and see the issue, same day but when it was worse than originally thought gave us a great price to replace the boiler. Definitely recommend Bell.

The AC and furnace installation were completed in one day. The workers were courteous and left the job site immaculate. Overall an excellent experience. I will use Bell again for any upcoming needs.

A technician came within a few hours of my call. He had the replacement part needed on his truck so was able to fix the problem right away. I was happy to see that he was wearing a mask and followed social distancing policies.

The purchase and installation went great. I am satisfied wit the service provided.

They cleaned my ducts

In my absence of being at the home, this was a classic case of being overcharged, assuming I didn';t know the cost of a part. An approximate 250 dollar repair was billed at over 500. I'm currently challenging that charge with my credit card company. Beware of this company.

The repairman from Bell Carrier Servive was George, a fine gentleman and prorfessional mechanic .He immediately discovered that the problem with my airconditioning unit was due to clogged filters and a low pressure onthe outside fan unit. He also showed me how to set my thermostat for optimum performance.

Bell Service has definitely gotten better with the new mgmt. I had used them before and to be honest the service wasn't that great. I had wonderful HVAC Technicians come to home a couple of times in the past few months and I think they deserve to be recognize - Luis EXCELLENT - he installed the new coils on my unit after it was leaking and he came to my home a few times when it was REALLY hot and I felt so bad but he got the job done and just recently Mario - who figure out the problem within 5mts. This is the type of service this company should have and they have been excellent so far. A company is ONLY as good and its employees. Excellent work by Luis & Mario.
