AC & Heating HAVAC Repair Pros

Unfortunately my furnace quit working after hours on a weekend and I was worried that I would be without heat until Monday. My call was answered quickly and a technician was at my house within 1.5 hours. The problem was found, he was able to get the part needed and had it up and running again within an hour after he got here. I truly appreciate their promptness and efficiency.

First time using during a frozen pipe situation. If given the chance we will use no other plumbing service!. Amazing, friendly knowledgable and beyond fairly priced service tech. The young gentleman you sent was very kind. Came out on possibly the worst weather day we had to fix a part to get our heat flooring working again. Although paid in full, just for his extra efforts today he got some homemade cookies. It's truly nice when a worker you hire goes above and beyond and does so with a smile we really appreciate that. The technician that comes out is rude. The 1st time he messed up the ground in my heater so I have no heat. Now he refuses to fix it because my furnace is older. He claims the flame has to be rolling out the front but that's not possible. The ignitor is too high. I had zero problems except a fan that was constantly running until this company came out and now I have no furnace and they refuse to fix it or even quote me for a new furnace. He said it " will be awhile"and they aren't responsible for the damage nor will they repair this one with it being older. But it still worked so why would I replace something that worked?

Easy communication via phone and text after leaving them a voice message. Replaced a water heater within 24hrs of me calling for 25% less than Isaac quoted. Nolan was in and out quickly and professionally. Always great to have an "emergency" and not feel like you're being screwed over.

Appreciate good honest service for our heating system repair

The guy's are always very professional and very nice despite my yelling dogs. They always try their hardest to fix everything right the first time, no matter how long it takes them. Chad has a great bunch of people working for him.

Very disappointed that it took them four days to get back a hold of me after scheduling an appointment to find out that they weren’t interested in my professional respectable business services for trade, which is completely fine and understandable, but didn’t get decency to communicate that to me sooner than four days later, after making an appointment and not showing up and letting me find out the hard way with the Noel no-show appointment that they made very disappointing very unprofessional

Called last month just before Christmas for a 3 leaking issues we had in the house. Younger guy named Nolan came the next day and had everything fixed. Really nice job! That night we noticed one of the shut off valves was leaking that was not noticed before but we called and he came back the next day to fix it. Very good customer service. Will use Gigilos again.
