I can't say enough good things about our experience with Amanda and the entire team of Comfort Mechanics of S Glens Falls! We wanted to replace a 12+ year old BoilerMate water heater with an electric water heater that was independent of our propane-fueled boiler. They answered all our questions, researched the options and advised on the best fit for our 200 year old home (which has space and other constraints). Both Jeffrey and Joshua were communicative, professional, friendly and most importantly, they provided quality service at a fair price. Oh, and they did an excellent job cleaning up too, including disposing of the old BoilerMate, which was much appreciated! We would definitely recommend working with them.

Comfort Mechanics installed a new furnace and A/C unit in our home. From the first call to the final product, we were very pleased with their service. We selected them based on all the 5-star reviews, fair pricing, and just good feeling after our first interaction. Jeff & Josh installed the new equipment over 2 days and were prompt, friendly, efficient, and gave us plenty of opportunity to ask any questions we might have. We had Comfort Solutions replace our tankless hot water system and repair a gas leak. Two gentlemen arrived right on time, as scheduled, very clean, very polite, professional, very knowledgeable, efficient, managed time well, excellent communication and cleaned up everything as well. They did an absolute fabulous job! Everything worked like a charm and we felt the price was very fair. Never did they seem rushed and answered all of our concerns. It was a wonderful and pleasurable 5 star experience. Thank you!!

Jeff and his team installed a central air system. They were quick to come to my home for a free quote and schedule an install appointment. As a natural skeptic, I wondered how they got 5 stars across the board from every single customer. It’s because they earned them. They get 5 stars from me too.

Quality work provided with great customer service! They repaired our furnace and installed a new hot water heater, both services went seamlessly. Our furnace broke during the coldest night of the year, and they were here so quickly to help us get it up and running again. We were very impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism. We can’t say enough about the work they have done. They were on time, professional, friendly, and very informative. They take the time to go over anything new and also answer any questions you may have. 10 out of 10 would recommend them!! They responded quickly to address an issue with our HVAC system in the middle of a heat wave and coordinated with the original installers to get it fixed quickly. More recently they installed a new water system in our home and did an outstanding job. Very reliable and fair pricing.

Highly recommend, great work, straight forward, and honest! Our hot water heater tank broke, luckily enough we had a second tank as a back up. Jeff was willing to accommodate next day replacement. But since it wasn’t a huge emergency we waited. He came to look at what we had going on, and gave us a couple options. We decided to go with a tankless water heater. Prices were very reasonable, and he fit us in his schedule. He showed up when he said he would, and did a 10 hour day in our basement. By the end of the day we had hot water! He even accommodated and let us keep the backup hot water tank, since it wasn’t broken. He made recommendations on reasonability, not on sales. We also asked for a new thermostat to be installed, and although that was trickier than anyone anticipated. He managed to figure it out, and got us exactly what we wanted.

Jeff was responsive, punctual, courteous and professional. He answered all our questions, and is clearly extremely knowledgeable of his craft. His installation was clean and everything looks great. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Comfort Mechanics.

Jeff did great work. When I called to ask him to look at my HVAC system he was able to come that week to diagnose the problem and provided me with several options for repair/replacement. He gave good advice and then when it came to replacing my system he was again timely and professional. He was considerate and did a great job! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

I Had issues with the previous company I used so I asked around and was referred to comfort mechanics. What a difference , super professional from the office to both field technicians I dealt with. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly . They had us back up and running in no time we are set up on a maintenance schedule for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend Thank you Jeff!

I really needed my water heater replaced quickly and within less then 24 hours I was able to not only get an estimate which was more then fair, it was quick as my phone call was answered right away things were set in motion and my new tank was installed. I also had concerns about my water system that were addressed and fixed which was incredible and I couldn’t ask for a more down to earth professional experience.
