Great installation job done at our home. From my first phone call, to the estimate, the proposal, and finally the install of 2 ductless units, everything was great. Marianne’s patience with my questions and scheduling, the crew who handled our job, top notch, professional and clean. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Awesome company and the staff are even more awesome. From beginning to end Marianne and Brian did an exceptional job. The install was done such professionalism by all. Brian and Andrew were so incredibly compassionate and responsive to my elderly parents’ need for a new AC system just before the recent heatwave. Their installation team did an Amazing job — they were polite, considerate and very clean! Drop cloths were laid out wherever they walked and they even made sure to vacuum their work area afterwards. Any leftover debris was neatly left behind for sanitation. I am so grateful for BAC’s kindness and incredible service. They were/are a 10 out of 5!! Thank you!!!!!

I used BAC to install central air in my expanded ranch/cape style home. When other companies tried to push split units, the team at BAC listened to what I wanted and used their expertise to get it done. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone from the office staff to the installers was helpful every step of the way. I had to ask them to come back after installation for an adjustment and they responded right away and took care of it. It’s nice to be able to have trust in the professionals you hire. Professional and honest. Called them for inspection of the attic and possible water leak and the gentleman came immediately. Technician spent a good amount of time checking everything and truthfully recommended solutions. Definitely recommend them!

Mike and Brian are awesome! I had a different company first come to diagnose our thermostat issue and told us we should get a wireless thermostat because our wiring in our old house was shot. Mike was able to use his expertise and fix our wiring and save us a lot of money. These guys are honest and extremely knowledgable and won’t hesitate to reach out again in the future! Thank you!

Super happy with my experience using BAC for my furnace. What I thought was a simple tune up revealed some pretty serious furnace issues (the furnace was 20 years old!!).
