Joseph provided absolutely amazing service. When our heat went out, other providers offered time slots 48 hours later; Joseph was at my door within 30 minutes (after 5pm). He was able to do a temporary fix that night, and spent much of the next day tracking down the needed part. He went above and beyond when the part appeared different than the one we had, even FaceTiming with a rep from the manufacturer to understand the updated model and how to install it with the provided adaptor. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him!

When I had an issue with my boiler that another company failed to fix, Joe responded quickly to my call, and on a Sunday evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, explaining what he was doing through the process. He answered all of my questions, and shared his wealth of knowledge with me. The next day when I had a follow-up question, he responded to me quickly, and answered my questions. He gave me great advice, and walked me through all of the options, never pushing or selling, just providing information and options. On top of it all, he is a really nice and kind person with good humor. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. I would recommend them to anyone!

First time user and more than satisfied with the QUICK RESPONSE from Joe on this snowy freezing Saturday afternoon. He came to our rescue when our heating system went down, identified our issue quickly and professionally, and since the regular supply houses were closed, went to multiple big box stores and even down to Bronx to get our part. For us he was A++ and we will certainly use his business again!

Despite the hour, he arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue right away, and fixed the leak efficiently. He even took the extra time to check my boiler and heating system to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Throughout the entire visit, he was exceptional—courteous, professional, and incredibly thorough. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their work, especially during an emergency. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

In the worst snow storm of the last few years, Joseph came to a new customer to get the heat back up and running. I can’t thank JSM Repair enough! My boiler completely died late at night during the cold weather, and as a first-time homeowner I was panicking and had no idea what to do. I called JSM Repair and they answered right away, calmed me down and gave me a clear time frame for when the technician would arrive. Joseph is amazing! We have guests coming to stay over Thanksgiving, but our HVAC went down and the house was freezing. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to track down the part we needed, drove hours to get it and fixed our system the same day. Couldn’t ask for a more honest, nicer guy. I totally recommend him!

JSM went above and beyond to provide emergency services on a weekend during winter. They worked diligently throughout the night to ensure we had hot water and heating ASAP and fully replaced our boiler. Jo is extremely reliable and easily reachable. Will definitely be using JSM again.

Joe was excellent. Came within an hour when we called at night with a leak in our basement, quickly found and fixed the problem. He and his guys were fast and clean. Then separately got us a new water heater, also an easy process. Overall great guy too, will definitely use again if we ever have another issue.

I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money. He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!

My experience with JSM 24/7 was beyond superb!! We had our radiator pressure valve spring a leak in the middle of the night on new years while we were out of town and literally flood from the top floor down to the basement. When we called to try and find anyone who was available, no one was available to come for over an hour and half! jSM 24/7 Emergency service caught my eye and true to the company’s name, was available at 2 am. After explaining the situation, Joe’s first instinct was to help us figure out how to stop the flow of water first remotely. Asked for photos of the boiler room setup and informed us of which pipes to shut off, etc. All of this even before we engaged him to come over and do the work. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation, stop the flooding, drain the system and obtained the replacement parts necessary and fixed the problem. And helped shop vac up all of the water from the flooding. The fact that we were able to get this disastrous situation resolved while away on holiday is a testament to JSM 24/7 effectiveness and professionalize.

We had a boiler emergency over the weekend and Joe came out right away to take care of us. We had already planned to remove our old oil boiler and install an electric water heater but it died a couple days before the work was set to begin. Joe not only took care of installing the water heater, but all of the other work we had planned for the basement. Within a week the oil tank and boiler were removed, new water heater installed, the rest of the basement was dry walled, the floors were installed, and all of the old radiators removed throughout the house. Joe went out of his way to ensure that it was all done and that it looked great.

So unbelievable. Truly ready to spring into action at a moments notice. Others weren’t even pick up their phone. He got the situation immediately, drove 30 miles, identified everything required in order of priority. Made it happen, then even got a crew to clean the flood up knowing I was out of town and no clean up services would come in time. Seriously, was like have a family member come and save me. I could tell within the first 2 or 3 calls that everything was gonna be fine. Stopped flood, got damaged boiler aquastat back on line, replaced busted water heater, and cleaned up. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY VACATION BU GIVING ME CONFIDENCE EVERYTHING WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE RIGHT WAY!

Lost heating at our home when temperature dipped down to the teens over Sunday. Found Joe through the NextDoor app. He came within 20 minutes on Sunday morning, accurately diagnosed the problem. The relay circuit board needed to be replaced. We needed it right away because if we did not, there was a good chance that our pipes would freeze overnight without heat. Joe knew a supply store in Brooklyn that had the part. I offered to drive and pick it up. I went to pick it up while Joe went to other appointments. Once I came back with the part, Joe came back and installed the circuit board. Ultra- focused and professional. We turned the power back on and our boiler was firing again. Even though we lost heat at the worst possible time, Joe came through. If he didn’t know that supply place that was open on Sunday that had the part, it could have been real bad. Joe saved the day.
