This company is amazing!!! In crazy times like a pandemic, I was getting turned down left and right by other companies, the amazing people at Buffo’s made sure to take care of my mini split system with lightning speed!! They really take care of us locals!! Within 3 days of me calling my problems were solved and I was up and running. Sarah in the office was super friendly and very helpful communicating my appointments and giving me heads up when they were showing up. I had Patrick’s help, he was very nice and he did a amazing job. He went above and beyond making sure everything went smooth and came out exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend Buffo’s!!

I've used Buffo's as my refrigeration company for my cafe for many years now. They have always been very helpful and honest about the situations for my reach-ins and walk-in cooler. It's a comfort to know that they care about the customer. They also stand behind the work that they do and are more than happy to come back out if things are not humming along like it's supposed to. I'm happy being a longtime customer and one less thing to worry about as a business owner knowing that I've got a company I can trust with my equipment.

Buffos came to the rescue -- again! I first called Buffos during the Summer of 2020 when one of the AC units stopped working in our office building. Stephen found that the compressor was clogged with dead leaves and debris. He cleaned it out, and the AC has worked ever since. (Another company had quoted over $3,000 to replace the condensor, and said it would take 2 weeks for parts...) Recently both heating units stopped working, and one of the units was leaking water. Stephen found the problem, and repaired both units at a reasonable price. Cindy and Stephen are both very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much!

Wonderful customer service from both their office staff and their technician. We have used them in the past for walk-in refrigeration emergencies and Buffo’s always does their best to fit us into their schedule ASAP.

Buffos came out right away, our pizza station broke on Sunday night, called them Monday morning they had the estimate within an hour they called to verify it we approved it our station is up and running on Wednesday morning we can now make our pizzas in a very cold station! thank you for your cleanliness in our store and your professional work.

Cindy in the office was great! When I called she got Stephen right out to me. Less than an hour and I was up and running again. Stephen was very nice and very professional. I am so happy to have these folks to call on in the future.

Bar owner, our freezer died out and it was above my pay grade but we had a guy out within an hour and he got us back up and running in an hour. Had every tool needed on him, knew exactly what we needed. Thanks Buffos

Had an issue with an outdoor fridge. They were out in less than 24 hours. Alan was polite, nailed the problem quickly and boom, I'm back in business.

The people at buffos are awesome..they came out same day and had my problem solved..there technicians are great and there office staff the same...I have over 25 refrigeration units in my building and there's not a doubt in my mind who I will be calling for all of my refrigerator and HVAC needs... A special shout out to Sabrina and Stephen who made everything about working with buffos an absolute pleasure....not only would I recommend buffos but I wouldn't go anyplace else..

Tech made air flow duct adjustments that improved air flow to upstairs bedrooms. Gave me estimate for upgrade from current furnace that was not upgraded when a room addition was added.

Albeit Musso's price is a tad more than their competitors, the quality of their guaranteed work is always worth it.

We had an issue with our sewer line being overtaken by tree roots & had a flooded basement. Although I almost had a heart attack from the price of this project, the team was extremely professional and friendly. They went above & beyond to assist me with the added cost for this project. After the cement crew had left, (which I might mention most plumbing companies do NOT replace your driveway when they have to dig) I did have some issues but after contacting the company, they came out immediately & fixed everything. I would recommend this company for their friendliness & professionalism.
