Trust the other 1-star reviews. This company does not show up when scheduled. My wife setup an appointment to have our heat pump serviced on Monday and they said they could be out Friday. I took off work to be at home Friday loosing out on a whole days pay and they never showed up. We called twice on Friday and we're told they would call us back but no return call was made. To pour salt in the wound I wake up Saturday morning to them doing a unit install at my next door neighbor house. UPDATE! The following Monday the owner of the company called my wife to apologize. They sent out a crew the next hour and made it right. Not only did they fix the unit they also did a service inspection. The work was good quality.

Bubba came and helped us out recently. He was so kind, professional, and got the job done quick. Would highly recommend.

Bubba was great! We reached out due to a problem a previous hvac company couldn’t solve. We were told by previous hvac tech it was a compressor issue and likely needed a new compressor or new unit after 5 attempts to find/fix the problem. Bubba came out and went over the entire unit with a fine tooth comb. Found we had a filter dryer issue and was able to get us back up and running the same day! His professionalism and dedication to insuring the problem was fixed right the first time Is something worth noting. There aren’t many honest people out here anymore and I’m glad I found him! I would recommend him to anyone needing hvac work. Service was nothing short of amazing!

After hours was excellent! Another company told me i had to replace my ac unit when they wired the new motor they put in wrong! Bubba came out within 2 days of me calling them, rewired it correctly, and my ac works great! Thank you after hours! You’ll always have my business!

I came home to 80 degrees throughout my home, called After hours and was politely greeted by a receptionist. When I had called around 5 PM, dispatching technicians for first thing in the morning was available although it would be later in the afternoon till I could be available myself. The two gentlemen that arrived for the repairs were available before scheduled time, very professional, and had the unit repaired and blowing cold within an hour or two. Replace the thermostat and adjusted a couple things. Cost was completely reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone, definitely give them a shout before you get a $5000 estimate from someone else.

I have to give this place,the owner and 3 of his Employee's the best review that I could ever give a business!!! We were without air conditioning for four very,very hot days and miserable nights. We had been waiting on a family friend who is in construction and builds homes just a little bit of everything kinda business. Well our family friend said he would get one of his Employee's to fix our problem and just to wait on the phone call from his employee and he'd come. That phone call still hasn't came. I'm on oxygen and under hospice care and really with 93-94 degree Temps. Inside the house was even hotter than outside. I really thought I was going to die in my sleep. My hospice nurse recommended AFTER HOURS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. I called and left a voice mail then it prompted me to also text this business. Before I could finish my text the owner had 3 Employee's already pulling upfront to my mother's home to help.Let me tell you never in all my years have I been treated so well by a company in Hobbs or anywhere else. Hobbs has got some good people but the owner of After Hours Heating & Air conditioning really. Really, went out of their way to help us. I live with my mother ,& stepfather because my health got so bad I had to move from Lubbock. Back to Hobbs doctors ordered to admit me to a nursing home, a live in nurse or family member move in with me or vice versa. My mom & I decided I should come back home to Hobbs. We are all senior citizens and my mom is 83 years old in very good health. My step-dad and myself are not. Anyway this isn't about me or my family. I just have to tell everyone if you ever need someone who works at reasonable prices and very,very fast service. They actually care about you and taking care to make sure we are comfortable. Please please. Take my word, call After Hours. You will be happy if you do. Oh!!!!! I even got a hug from one of the employees, because I started crying about the past 4 days being so hot. He asked me if he could hug me and patted me on the back reassuring me everything was going to be alright now. THANK YOU GUYS. !!!!!ALL OF YOU, GOD BLESS YOU ALL.!!!!! Anna Fowler

My ac went out on a Tuesday so I called to make an appointment, the only availability was for the upcoming Friday but I was not given a time only that it was going to be after lunch. I called Friday before lunch to see if they had a more definite time and they said they didn’t have me scheduled, I went over the conversation on Tuesday so the lady said she’d pencil me in. I asked what time she said the tech would reach out to me and let me know. I gave it a little over one hour so I called back, been calling and they wouldn’t answer my calls

Very disappointed with AFTER HOURS Services. They were late, unprofessional, and didn’t fix the issue. Poor communication and unexpected charges. Would not recommend.

I called over a week ago to schedule a maintenance checkup appointment and they schedule me for today in the am. I called about 11:30am and the girl who answered said they would call me before coming over because that’s what I requested them to do. So I called about 1:40pm then about 3:00pm and finally at 4:55pm I just told them to reschedule my appointment for next Friday because they never showed up or called me 😡 so will se what happens next Friday

Absolutely amazing professional service! The 2 young men who came and did the work were professional and very friendly . Explained everything to me in terms i could understand. Would highly recommend them to everyone!! Definitely our go to from now on!! God Bless

I made an appt with them and they lost it. I called and they made it sound like I didn't make an appt. I gave them the exact day and time when I called. They then said that they would be the next day. They called back and said someone would be out that afternoon. No one showed. I called the next day to verify the appt, again no show. I called again and they said there would be someone there Friday afternoon. No show and no call. I won't ever use them

I dont normally leave reviews about any business, Good or bad. However I'm truly grateful for these people. I'm struggling to find the words that describe how amazing the service was. They actually cared my family had been without A/C. Not just another dollar to be made.

They worked with us, got us something installed right away and within our budget. Honest, straightforward and professional! We contacted every HVAC contractor we could find in Lea County and only two were anywhere close to being reasonably priced and competitive. They did us right!

We were having problems with our A/C, we gave them a call they were here pretty fast. They told me not to worry and took care of the issue same day. Now it seems like we got a brand new A/C unit. This company is good! Thank you guys!

A/C went out over the weekend, had to make an appointment, somewhere along the line there was a miscommunication, and I wasn't scheduled as I thought. Instead of rescheduling Afterhours sent a Technician A.S.A.P. to diagnose and repair my system. Thanks guys I literally had plants, and animals displaced due to temps.

These guys went out of their way to make sure I got my heater going. After several phone calls and walking me through some troubleshooting issues we finally pin pointed my problem. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Never did anything for us. Just put me off for weeks and never showed up. Last time he tried to say I owed them money even tho they never came to fix my unit. Never showed up but tried to charge foe non existent visit.
