This company was recommended by our realtor when we bought our home in Jacksonville nine months ago. We also saw that previous homeowners were using the company. We decided to try them out. We were not disappointed when they came to inspect the property. I was also very impressed with the level of detail, as well as the time taken to explain what they did. The employees that work for them are outstanding. I highly recommend this business.

Jose Medel just came to my home for some seasonal maintenance and cleaning. He was by far the most pleasant and easy person to have in our house. He explained the process well and spent the time necessary to make the system look as great as the day that it was installed. Jose's professionalism and care made this experience the best possible.

A couple of our air conditioners (2), which were old and inefficient, failed just as the summer 2015 was about to heat up. After a referral from a friend of mine, the company quickly inspected, diagnosed, and offered various options. Once we had decided to purchase new units the old ones were quickly removed and replaced. The company was responsive to our calls during this Laredo summer heat. Professional work and knowledgeable staff. Friendly and professional office staff. The equipment was of the highest quality, most energy efficient and at a reasonable price. Jonny's great...very informed and HONEST. He has high integrity and will follow up with your. He repaired my Mother's air conditioning system, which required a great deal of analysis and time. His price was fair. He also told me that a blocked drain was the likely cause of my problem when I called to report it. Instead of making a $150 call, I could have cleared it myself. It only took me five minutes, and I saved the money. I highly recommend Jonny’s service and company.

It was just before the Fourth of July that my A/C broke down! It was hot. I searched for emergency repair companies and found this one. The technician arrived at my home 1 hour after I submitted the request. My problem was diagnosed and fixed in an hour. They are the best for canoe heater issues. John, the technician, was extremely friendly and patient with me. He explained everything to me. Great work!

Gary and Andrew are professionals. They are true professionals who know how to work modern HVAC systems and spend the time necessary to make sure that everything is in top condition. They also take pride in the fact that they leave the site cleaner than when they arrived. They cleaned up all the debris that the installers had left behind in the cabinet, and they tidied the wiring. My units are cooling better than they did when brand new. The price is a bit higher than your average technician, but you will get a better product. I'll update this review with the results of my units. I'm sure they will be singing.

My neighbor told about Rod's. On a Friday evening, I called them. In an email, they told me that if I waited until Monday I could avoid weekend service charges. They arrived on Tuesday, as Monday was 4th of the July. Tyler and his teammate gave me a price that was competitive and I wasn't surprised to see them ready to install on Thursday. Before this business came to clean out my ducts, I was unaware of the extent of the dust and allergen buildup there. They also fitted some filters to help with air movement, and they were very polite and professional! They are definitely someone I'll use again in the future.

Recently, I had my 15+ years Trane heater replaced. Chip, who was the person who estimated my system for me, made it easy to make the decision. This was my first encounter with Chip, but I felt like I had known him forever because of his pleasant and positive attitude. He offered me several equipment options and answered all my questions honestly. Chip was impressed with the positive and respectful attitude of the team that installed the system, Jake and Sergio. System is working much better than expected. I'm glad I chose to work with them, and plan to continue doing so in future.

Vince was called on Wednesday to fix the heating in my parents house. He could come right away. He is a man of many interests. 1. Furnace is installed incorrectly which can cause a fire hazard. 2. Furnace connected in the wrong way 3. It turns out our previous contractors didn't bother to check and replace the ducts. He installed the furnace for us, cleaned our attic and replaced all the ducts.

This was an incredible experience! Service was professional, efficient, exceeded my expectations. Faith is a wonderful person - knowledgeable, friendly, and she made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend and will be back in the near future!

He even reset the thermostat for me and explained how to use the new schedule and energy-saving settings so I could keep things running smoothly, and he left me with tips to avoid future trouble, which was incredibly helpful. By listening carefully and performing a thorough job, he gave me peace-of-mind that I hadn't felt in a long time, and the house feels cooler and quieter now, almost like a small miracle.
