Efficient Air Service

Great sales people, poor customer care. Installed my complete HVAC 3 years ago. Called for a service appointment on Jul 8th, scheduled Jul 10 between 12-5pm. Tech arrived 6:40pm. Blower defective (under warranty), needs replacement, paid $173.67 for diagnostic. July 11 called to inquire about status - they said blower ordered but backorder 32 days. July 15 called for status, nothing - parts not even ordered. Must deposit 50% and sign contract before they order ECM blower - $559.78 to install blower. Called PSEG, appointment made for Jul 18th and arrived 9am. July 19th PSEG ordered blower, Jul 20 (Saturday) blower arrived at my house. July 22 at 9am blower installed HVAC fully functional - no 32 days backorder - zero labor and parts payment. Moral of the story - get PSEG Worry Free - things get fixed no problem - AND so much cheaper. Look for yourself and compare.

I was impressed with Efficient Air, and I would recommend. Great service. Prompt, professional and polite. When I called, they gave me an appointment for the next day. The repairman was very easy to deal with. He was friendly and respectful about all my questions. He fully explained the problem, and the process to repair. I had previously asked another company to estimate the problem, and they told me it could not be repaired, and that I would have to purchase a new system. But Efficient Air repaired the problem in about one hour, and it cost $346. That was a couple months ago, and it has been working great ever since. Will definitely call them again for any heating or A/C needs.

Excellent. They were able to get me a tech within an hour who fixed the problem and gave me some great pointers on my system and it's maintenance.

met Albert, he was very nice and professional. Price was fair and in-line with others. sent Goran and two other guys, completed the job in a day and half. the electricians they used were great also. Lavgorno Electric from the Parsipppany area, may be spelling that wrong. they were great also. I would recommend Albert, Goran and the Efficient Air Service team and services to friends and family. Office manager, Robin was great and helpful too.

I had Efficient come out and give me an Estimate ( I always get 3-4) they were not the lowest nor the highest but I felt they would do the best job. They were not interested in up selling me like others and came right in and did the work. The job was done fast and so far it is working better than ever. <br />

Needed to change out my 20 year old furnace and A/C system.  From beginning to end, the staff at Efficient Air Service did a great job changing out my system.  Al helped me get the exact system I needed at a very competitive price.  The install crew did a great job in very challenging weather conditions.  Chris did a thorough follow up/ final tweak to my system. Robin in the office submitted my rebate paperwork for me. Very smooth from start to finish.  Would highly recommend! <br />

They come out they do the job clean up and they leave. It was an all day job, I have an old Victorian house. They had the determination to get the job done correctly. I've called them out numerous times for service of the previous furnace, worst case scenario they come out the next day. They have excellent timing, skill set, and dependability.

I was very happy with their work. I think they do a number of things besides heating and cooling services. I was planning on using them before the air conditioning begins. I had a problem with the Freon levels in my air conditioning. They came out and took care of it. I have to call them over in winter to find a leak that I might have in my cooling system. I was happy with the price. They charged as much as anybody else would have charged. I will use them again in the future.

They were very nice. There wasn't anything I really disliked. They came out, they reviewed what I needed done, and they sent the man out to take care of it.

All went really well. The only problem we encountered was a minor change the contractor made without communicating it to us. Al is very customer service oriented and responds to all inquiries promptly. We are very satisfied with the job.

They came in and gave me a bid and I gave them the job. They only thing I didn't like was that there was to many ducts in the garage. They did good work. They were very professional and did everything on time.

Very helpful, and really took his time walking me through our new system and efficiency options.
