I had my vent cleaned on 7/3/24 - I've had my vent cleaned in the past and the guys always just left it very dirty with all the stuff that came out of the vent all in the bushes and then I would have to clean it up. So I appreciated when Gustavo came cleaned out my dryer vent and he cleaned up after himself !! That's huge. I definitely recommend this company ! Very efficient and friendly. I'm very happy with them.

National Air Duct USA was here at my apt complex this morning (Rosemont) to clean out the dryer vents. Gustavo was extremely polite, professional & explained in detail what he needed to do. He asked my permission before going to my second floor to turn on my dryer. Was very pleased with his services.

Terrible experience with this company. I had an appointment for a chimney cap installation and chimney sweep for 4 PM on 10/9. Early that morning, the employee who was scheduled to service my home called and asked if I could move my appointment up to an earlier time. As I work full time, the earliest I could change the appointment was to 3:30 PM, which required me to leave work even earlier. But alas, we agreed upon this time. At 3:40 PM, the employee still had not arrived at my home, so I called to find out about his whereabouts, and he said, "Oh, they didn't call you? I'm not going to be able to make it today." The owner then called to see when I would like to reschedule (yeah...no thanks). TLDR: Wasted two hours PTO for this company to no-show. Would not recommend.
