Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing

Took multiple visits to fix my heater. First tech left my heater leaking fuel in the basement. Got billed three separate times in a week. Invoices are terrible. It?s confusing to understand really what they did. Next winter, I?m switching from oil to gas and definitely won?t be using this company.

Air conditioner unit from hell. Installed last August and the only way to turn it off is at the breaker. It is not a thermostat issue as that have been change twice . Tech?s have been here many times and can?t fix it. Have been dealing with this issue for six months now. It failed inspection with the township.

You?re a shitty company that can?t even tighten a nut on your own installation , I?m on the side of consumers and I won?t let you gaslight me or others, you take advantage of people who never glued up a pipe . I knew what was wrong , told your man and he outright refused to tighten it. Luckily I know how to do the job , and I am extremely disappointed and I am contacting the BBB .

We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. Laury is a trusted business with many years of experience behind them. Prices are also extremely reasonable given the cost of services right now. Warren you are the man!

Warren Rossi came to our house and explained everything we need to know to get a new air and heating system . He was pleasant and professional. Than two technicians came to install the system. They were professional and pleasant and thorough . We’re thrilled with our new system. Great Company.

jeff was great when we had the clogged toilet I was having a big party that day and he came over quickly in the morning to take care of it. he came again for the leak under my sink. very professionable both times.
