Highly recommend Mel and his team. Mel came out three times to go over ideas to install a few mini splits for us as I was unsure about the first plan. Mel adapted the plan to suit our needs and was flexible when we asked to install a third unit the week before our scheduled installation. On the day of installation his crew was friendly, courteous, professional and worked all day into the evening to make sure it was done on time. Mel even came out a fourth time after installation to make sure we were satisfied with the installation and answer any questions we had. I cannot recommend Mel enough to anyone looking to have mini-splits installed in their homes.

Mel did a spectacular job on installing a new unit at our house. His attention to detail and pride in his work, sets him above other contractors that have done work for us. Made new , owned by Mel Sanchez is the best company I’ve dealt with since I moved here . Mel is a perfectionist like no other. My AC switch out was a challenge. Everything Mel did was spot on from the beginning to the end. His estimates were excellent along with all the cleanup and explained everything as he went along. I would HIGHLY recommend him . The best part is that if he sees something else that needs fixing, he does it and not just blow it off. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

Mel and his team from Made New Heating & Cooling by far went over and above my already high expectations. I had used a large, well- known company for the past several seasons who recently failed to offer good service once my system went down. Mel was always extremely professional in our pre-planning and estimating meetings and was very prompt with answers and return messages before the work was started. They showed up exactly on time on the day of my install and were very meticulous with every detail from removing my old system, prepping the necessary items, cleaning up as they did the work and then started and ran my new system until everything tested out properly that same day. In addition, Mel stayed to review the operation of all the equipment and then conducted a follow up meeting the next day to confirm that all of the work was done in accordance with our original plan. Lastly, Mel completed my rebate paperwork from UGI, showed me where to sign and even gave me an addressed envelope to mail in my rebate. I'm now enjoying my second week with my new, high efficiency Heil HVAC System and the two Nest Pro Thermostats are the best that I've ever used. This system has greatly enhanced my quality of life as well as increase my home's value, I'm completely satisfied and highly recommend Mel and his team from Made New Heating & Cooling. B Alston

I’m now heading into my 3rd winter with my new heating and cooling system installed by Made New Heating and Cooling and the short answer is that I wish I hadn’t waited as long. This was a complete tear out and install with new ductwork. Things couldn’t have gone smoother and the price was great when compared to other companies and taking into consideration the quality of the equipment and the labor. Everything is still working as expected in year three. I would do it all over again if I was working with this company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mel was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. He was always on time and immediately returned my calls and texts. I would definitely use him again and refer him to all my friends and family. I can't say enough good things about the service he provided. He came back a few times at no charge to make sure everything was working properly. He even gave me new air filters for free! Such a warm and genuine person which is very rare these days!

I have an older home. I have gas radiator heat system. I was concerned I couldn't have A/C. He did a beautiful job! He put in two units, they are very efficient. He went above an beyond. The duct work was done very nicely and all together I was very pleased with his work. He was very clean and neat. He was very personable and pleasant. He explained everything to me.
