James was on-time, knew just what needed to be done, got the attic fan I needed and professionally installed it. All without any issues. Will definitely recommend True Electric to others and certainly call on them the next time I need work done.

Firstly, I used homeadvisors to look into an electrician to help my parents. True electric worker James called and I explicitly told him to call me and explain what is wrong before starting any work. True electric advertises free estimates, but told me over the phone that he charges 125 consultation fee just for coming out. I never received a call from him and had to track him down to find out that he did the job quickly and left. On top of that, he never provided an invoice or receipt for his work and texted me his address to write him a check for his services. It has been two days after he completed his work and has not replied to my request for a receipt. He fixed my parents problem, but I feel like he did not provide a free estimate as he clearly advertises he does. Instead, he immediately took care of the work even though I specifically told him not to start anything till I know what he is going to do. Beware of agreeing to any charges and request the free estimate first.

Had James and Ralph come on an attic fan installation. Really great and seamless process. They took the time to explain exactly the issue and efficiently installed the fan. Even showed us exactly the burnt out parts. Will absolutely call them whenever I need something. Recommend them to the fullest!

The owner, James Huezo showed up on time as promised. He and his assistant were very professional and did meticulous work. Very clean and thorough. We had forgot to put the doorbell on the estimate and he replaced it for free! I also had them install outdoor lights and they did an excellent job on them. I also had led track lights put in to replace two huge out-of-date lights and he installed three, but only charged me for 1. Great work, great clean up, great experience! I highly recommend True Electric.

He was very professional and punctual. I needed him to install an outlet fast to close on a real estate transaction. He came out right away to quote a price and finished work quickly. Price was very reasonable, did not charge premium because it's time sensitive issue. I would highly recommend his business.
