The nightmare started last night. Luckily we were home when water started pouring out from under the sink. We turned it off until we could get a person to come out. I really had no idea who I was calling and after reading a few reviews, I chose Eddie O’s. Problem was easily fixed and I did find them reasonable. They arrived quickly and came back because I needed to get a faucet. Start to finish was probably 2 hours only because I had to step out. I am thankful it wasn’t worse because last night it seemed to be a serious issue and a corroded pipe. I would definitely recommend them and their number is already saved for future reference. I recently called them to install a new kitchen faucet and also a new flapper for my toilet tank. I called Stacey to make an appointment. She's very helpful and has great customer service. Scheduling was easy. She is great in communicating time of arrival. Lem was the technician who came to do the installations. I was very pleased and impressed with his positive attitude and work ethic. He was courteous, efficient, respectful, cleaned out any mess made, and answered all of my questions. Eddie O has been our plumber for years. He has fixed almost every single pipe in our house including furnace cleaning, adding new thermostats, setting up the new kitchen sink, bathroom sink piping, clogged sink, outdoor spigot replacement and the most recent Aquasauna water installation. They have always been polite and family oriented. I appreciate doing business with Eddie O because he shows up on time and the cost of repairs supports his family. Neighbors have realized that it is best to call Eddie O instead of some other lower quality places.

I am so happy and impressed with Eddie O's. During the night my water heater broke and I woke up to water on the basement floor. I couldn't turn off the water valve to the water heater so water kept running through it. I called Eddie O's and they immediately sent Edmund out to turn off the valve for me and set up the unit for drainage. Edmund left for another emergency and was back a couple hours later as promised. He took out the old unit and installed the new water heater. He was very neat and conscious of not getting my carpeted floors wet and dirty. A couple hours later and everything was done for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Eddie O's Plumbing and Heating. Thank you so much!

I have been using Eddie O's services for a few years now. The most recent service involved a sluggish toilet. As usual, the plumber called to let us know he was on the way. After he solved the problem, he rigged up a system to slow down the build-up of calcium. I consider that going above and beyond and commend him.

Eddie O. has done several jobs at my mother's home. The work is always top notch! Quick response, clean and reasonably priced. He even came out on Christmas Eve to resolve an emergency heating leak. I recommend him without a moment's hesitation.

We needed two toilets replaced and the faucet and drain replaced on our sink. Their quote was reasonable and exactly what was charged. Lem, was prompt & professional and got the job done. We had clogged kitchen sink issue. Was able to get next day Sunday appt. The quote was fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend them and would use them in future for any plumbing needs that my arise.

Needed emergency plumber for a backed up drain..,basement sinks both overflowing water from upstairs shower, called my usual guy, not available, and his backup guy "too busy." Called Dunigan and very nice person also very busy but she recommended Eddie O's. Called them and another very nice person said someone was in the area and would be over in 20 minutes! Never have I had a plumber show up so fast! Great guy, Lem, helped us right away and cleared the drain quickly...I will be using Eddie O's from now on, can't say enough good things about them except THANKS!!!

Eddie consultated on my basement bathroom. He was so genuine, responsive, and honest with his work. He prioritised my budget over his own interest and still made sure the work was quality. He will be my go to for any plumbing or heating needs in the future.

I called Eddie at 7AM in a panic, there was a pipe leaking sewage in our basement. He had one of his guys at the house by 8 to investigate. Lem was prompt, professional, and explained everything. Luckily, it was just a clogged pipe and he had it quickly cleared. The price was extremely reasonable. I recommend Eddie O to everyone.

I have used Eddie O's several times for my house in Woodbridge. Always satisfied with response time, work done, professionalism and most of all fair pricing. Very hard to find this today.

Just had a really good experience with Eddie O's in the event of an emergency. Called the main number and was redirected to Eddie's cell. Gave Eddie a call, he listened to my problem, and while he wasn't personally able to make it, he sent someone (fellow named Lem) within 20 minutes. Lem was extremely professional and helpful. Needless to say, the problem has been solved and I'll be using Eddie and Lem again should the need arise.

Reliable, honest plumber. Pricing is on point, if you think he's expensive you're probably just cheap. Remember you get what you pay for so spend your money wisely, he's the man! Great CLEAN work, will forever be my go to plumber, I recommend 100%!!

Plumber showed up over an hour late without an excuse as to why he was late and provided an exorbitant quote to cut two lines, re-dope and tighten two fittings and then resodder the two lines which had to be cut. The quote was for $425. Parts would be <=$20 so he was looking to charge $405 for less than 2 hrs of work.

Did a major repair on a rental I owned separated water meters. Did great work showed up on time all do me with permits. Also some other smaller stuff always showed up when they said they would great employees great prices.

I've called Eddie O's a few times for home service and they are always super responsive and have provided same day emergency services. Definitely recommend if you need quick and friendly service.
