5 Star Review: ¡Phenomenal Service! We called to make an appointment and Jerry was booked, but taking into consideration the negative degree weather outside Jerry squeezed us in. We’ve had a variety of companies come check our furnace, but no one was able to solve the issue until Jerry at 24/7 Heating and Air quickly diagnosed it and repaired it with no issues. I highly recommend this company; they are well priced, efficient, and professional. Very dedicated team, thank you we now have heat after months.

This company is based in grand island and I didn't realize that but he gave me a call and walked me through what I needed to do to get my hot water heater up and running again . Even on a holiday. I was not dissatisfied at all he was willing to help me as much as he could and it worked now I know how to do it myself.

Jerry is a great worker and a great person. When my HVAC went out, my 1 year old was home sick in the summer heat. Jerry didn't say "I'm too busy." He instead said, "I'll be over when I can." He was at our house within an hour and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes to an hour. Thanks Jerry!

Jerry at 24/7 Heating and Air did an amazing job! Our furnace went out on a night that the wind chill was around 0° and was at our house within 30 mins at 7:00 at night when we called him, trying to fix our furnace. Our furnace was 31 years old so we had to replace it and he gave us an absolutely amazing deal on the installed furnace. I would highly recommend 24/7 Heating and Air to anyone needing services in this area because his experience and expertise really can't be beat!! 😃

Jerry Dickinson is a great reliable person when I've had trouble with my old heat he'd be there that same day that I'd call or text him. This year he put in a new furnace for me and I'm grateful for all the work they had to do to get it put in and how fast he works to get things done. Thank you so much for everything. Wow! My furnace went out last night and I was panicking to have to come home to a frigid house. I had called some other company in town and they were flat out rude and couldn't even give me an ETA. Jerry was super nice when I called him and they were able to get me helped out in less than 30 minutes. Glad I found this number! I will be saving them in my contacts! Jerry was very helpful. We had a called McElroy a day before to come check out my mom's heater which was not working. We were told all we needed was a new thermostat and it would be extra charge if they came back and installed a new one, so he recommended us to install it ourselves to save money. We ended up changing the thermostat and still didn't work. A lady recommended Jerry and as soon as I called him, I explained everything and without charging me he walked me through to see if the thermostat was installed correctly. Since the thermostat was installed correctly, he told me right away what the issue was over the phone. He came in the next day and fixed my parents heater and has been working ever since. Thank you so much sir!! 100% recommended!

We have used him a couple of different times. He is so nice. I really appreciate him taking care of what we need done quickly and his pricing is great. We will continue to use him anytime we need our heating or air conditioner worked on.

Our ministry was in dire need of immediate at attention on a Friday afternoon at one of remote locations. Jerry made a trip out there the very next day and did multiple maintenance procedures on the AC unit, discovered the problem and ordered the part. He then made a second trip back out there for us the same day after we discovered our second AC unit wasn't working either. He found a universal motor and installed it while also getting the second unit up again. Both functioning properly just one day after calling and made two trips out on a Saturday. We are incredibly thankful and blessed by his generosity with his time and skills. Thank you!

Mr.Jerry is incredible. Super nice, amazing with our dog and he explained what everything was. He showed up the next day after calling on a Sunday asking if he had availability on Monday or Tuesday. It's Monday at 2:15 and our unit is back up and running. He was super honest and gave me absolutely no run around. He answered all of our questions and seemed passionate about explaining things in a way we could learn from him. And that means a lot to a house full of women. I'm currently waiting on the other 3 places that I called and left messages. One of them called back with availability on Friday. I'm still waiting on the other 3 to call. 24/7 Heating & Air is our new go to guy for our needs!

Crew is professional and clearly take pride in their product & work. Took out old, installed new all in one day, cleaned up very well. Have a service plan set up for both units. I have never had a repair show up when they were suppose to, but Mr Jerry showed up a 1/2 hour earlier then he said he was. Great guy and fixed our A/C our dogs sure appreciated it too. Will definitely be calling him again.

I would highly recommend using their services. Jerry was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. When they came out to conduct the repair, everything went smoothly and they were very professional and efficient! Would absolutely use them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Called Jerry on Saturday morning as the furnace would not kick on. He talked me thru on the phone what to check on to figure out the problem. After talking and sending him a couple of pictures he was able to tell right away the issue. Sent him another picture of the part. Monday morning right away he got back to me that he found the part needed and had one in stock. Originally told me that he normally didn't come as far out as we live and talked me through installing it once we got the part. I had to leave town for a few days for work and asked if he had someone that could install it to get the house warmed up for the family or recommend anyone. Without hesitation he said he could come do it in the afternoon at 4. He didn't show up at 4 he showed up at 3:45. Unheard of and amazing! Got the part changed and the heat cranking in no time. WHAT AN AWESOME MAN! Thanks again and cannot recommend him more for all of your needs! Greatly greatly appreciate you!
