Youssef provided phenomenal service to us today! After many days in the heat with no A/C he came out on a very rainy day and painstakingly checked our system and did all the repairs in the rain. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and personable and was able to get everything up and running within the hour. I trust him to give us the best advice and service and will absolutely use Smart Refrigeration Services again. They also have a very large service area, which is really refreshing for us in rural areas who are used to being told that we are outside the service area. Finding affordable and highly competent and effective HVAC services can be hard to find in a timely way these days. Youssef absolutely went above and beyond!

Have had same HVAC company that installed unit 5 years ago out 3-4 times a year since when a/c quit working, telling them it wasn't running right even when it was working. This year, unit didn't even try to work. Landlord called Smart Refrigeration this time - Youssef arrived at 7am the next morning, found the problem by 8am, and was back at 7am the next morning with the new part and had it running by 9am. For the first time ever, my thermostat is set to 72 instead of 68 and we slept comfortably upstairs - with socks on! The temp on the thermostat actually matches the air temp throughout the house - the upstairs is not 10 degrees hotter than downstairs, which I had been told previously was due to the floor plan - and it was cooler inside than outside during the late afternoon. I had forgotten what is was like to have well running a/c and am looking forward to significantly lower electric bills this summer. Youssef was friendly, prompt, communicated promptly by text, listened to me, and was determined to find the right solution. So grateful and absolutely recommend!

Youssef was amazing and INCREDIBLY thorough! We had major issues and he came out multiple times until the problem was fixed and was so patient and caring with us! He wanted to make sure all was right and show us everything he was doing so we'd know what was going on with our AC unit! He was prompt and prioritized making sure we were taken care of! His kindness was so appreciated and he validated every concern we had! He called to check on us to make sure sure all was working properly and was a great communicator! We HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I always prefer to hire people I know- but I didn’t know anyone, so I took a chance and hired Smart Refrigeration to service my AC. Keeping my promise as this review is well deserved. We have used Smart Refrigeration Service for 3 years and have done everything from seasonal tuneups to minor repairs, to full commercial system replacement and we have been nothing but extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of work, level of integrity, great communication, and fair pricing. For this last tuneup at one of our rentals it started raining quite hard towards the end. He stuck it out and completed the job. Thank you for a job always well done!
