We chose Blue Ridge Air because of their good comments from customers and they didn't disappoint The project was seamless from start to finish. We were having a ductless HVAC installed in our mountain cabin. Everyone we spoke with at Blue Ridge Air were kind and courteous. Bill promptly provided us with a quote and gave us a time estimate for the project. The time frame was spot on. They did a great job with the installation, being respectful of our property and leaving no mess when they left. .I would not hesitate using them again - they are a great company!!

Blue Ridge Air is a very professional and honest company. Billing for work done is very reasonable. Brianna works up front. She is very helpful with scheduling and answers any questions you might have. Greg is the name of the mechanic that does the work on my heat pump unit. He is also very thorough and has a great personality. I highly recommended Blue Ridge Air to do any of your A/C or Heat Pump work.

My A/C unit wasn't working and I called Blue Ridge Air (along with a host of other businesses that told me they were completely booked) and was initially told they didn't have any appointments for a week. I noticed one of their install trucks driving in my neighborhood and quickly called to see if they'd be willing to stop by anyway. Even though they were installers, who didn't have the same knowledge as technicians, they came over and were so pleasant and helpful. They got on the phone with technicians who led them through various steps but they were unable to fix it. Even though the technicians were booked up, Brianna who works in the office, assured me someone would come out the next morning and sure enough, my A/C unit was fixed by the end of the next morning. I am just so impressed with how friendly they were, how responsive they were despite being completely booked and will be certain to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

I have a Bryant/Carrier furnace that went out this week. The heat exchange was still under warranty. In addition, there was some type of recall on it so Carrier even agreed to pay parts and labor for the secondary exchange. When I called Carrier, they provided two phone numbers of their 'preferred reps' in the High Country. This business, Blue Ridge Air and one out of Boone. I have never, in my life had such a strange and unprofessional phone experience as I did with this company. He absolutely refused an appointment. He would not make an appointment, not one week out, not two, not a month (of course, I wouldn't have done that anyway, it's December in the mountains). Customer Service here is poor, communication=poor. It is a good thing businesses run on word of mouth in these small towns. I could not recommend this business to anyone who appreciates good communication or customer service because this company lacks both.

I contacted Blue Ridge Air to replace my thermostat. They were very friendly and efficient. They took the time to thoroughly explain the features of the thermostat. I was pleased with their service and commitment to making sure the job was done properly.

The team did a great job of replacing our furnace. They performed quickly but deliberately and the finished product has been great so far. Fair price, very honest folks. We will use them again.

The folks at Blue Ridge are AWESOME. They have done 4 commercial installs for me and always have materials ordered and are willing to work with and around the electricians to insure everything is ready for final Inspection. Service after the sale can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

I am writing to compliment one of your technicians/driver. This person showed great respect by “not” passing a funeral procession Wednesday afternoon, June 9th on Highway 421 South in Deep Gap. Their actions subsequently blocked the left lane which prevented possible inconsiderate motorists from passing the procession. Unfortunately, I do not know the employees name or van number. Perhaps you can determine who the individual is from the location information I provided. If you do please acknowledge them for this well deserved compliment. When I moved to the area, I purchased a home with no AC upstairs. The technicians at Blue Ridge Air installed a mini-split to provide efficient cooling and heating to the upstairs. They also replaced old ductwork in the basement. I opted for the whole house air purifier which has improved the indoor air quality. I love being able to control the temperature of the house from my phone when I’m at work or out of town! Highly recommend.

Bill & Billy Teague offer the best Heating & Air installation & services in the area. A few years ago, our AC went out completely, so we call Bill to set up an appt to come out to our home in Laurel Springs. He was very professional & knowledgeable. Within the week the guys came out to install a new system and we've never had one problem. Yay!
