Integrity Air Concord

I am very happy with the service we received from Integrity Air Concord. Our A/C went out and they came the day after I called and repaired it for a very reasonable price. They were friendly and courteous, and explained everything that they were doing and showed us the test readings and parts they were changing. We will be happy to use their services from now on. Highly recommended.

My air went out Tuesday night. Scotty and Steven were out as soon as they could get there the following day. They figured out the problem. Scotty is an honest, hardworking man. I also appreciate that he is a veteran and love to make sure that our veterans are taken care of. Scotty has worked on my units for many years. I gladly give them 5 stars

I am very happy I went with Integrity Air for my AC service check. The owner, Scott, and the gentleman that came out were very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed and talked me through simple task I could do to check for problems with my AC unit. When the freon was added to my unit, they showed me the scales were zeroed out and how much was added. They were honest and up front with everything. I highly recommend them to anyone with little to no knowledge on AC units. I'll defiantly use Integrity Air again. Thank you Integrity Air for everything you've done for me.

I don't know very much about AC units, but my husband and I felt ours was working a little slow. I contacted Integrity Air and figured I'd get an appointment in the next week or so. They scheduled me that day, and adjusted the time based on my hectic work schedule. The tech was so nice and explained everything to me along the way so I knew what he was doing. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys. The came to look at my unit the very day I called. It wasn't good news, but hey the unit was over 20 years old. Once financing was taken care of they were there two days later. The work was done perfectly and the next day Scott came back to swap out the thermostat. Brittany was FABULOUS answering my countless questions. If ever I need any additional work, these are my guys!!

Called Scott this morning due to AC not blowing cold. He was at my house within 45 minutes, problem found and fixed within an hour. Part was under warranty. Alot of people would try to pull one over on ya with warranty parts. Honest and responsive company!

My air condition quit last night and I called Intergrity Air Concord and Scotty Brewer and his crew were at my house this morning before 7:00 a.m. They had it fixed in a couple hours. We appreciate these guys and the fast response. If anyone needs their air condition fixed or replaced this is the place to call. Great Company, They worked hard during a 95 degree day to get my AC coils repaired in time for me to sleep all night in a 70 degree home that night. Many thanks to Scott, Jeremy and the the team! Thanks especially for coming out late on a friday night to fix it so swiftly.

Not being from this area and unfamiliar with my daughters furnace set up I needed help figuring out where the filters were located on the units. I lucked out with Integrity Air Concord. Scott and Bill are professionals and know their business. There is no reason to ever call another company for any heating or air conditioning unit needs. Thank you!

I called many companies after someone that was supposed to come canceled. No one else could come out the day I called but this company. The lady answering the phone even called after a bad connection causing our call to drop. The company was very professional & pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend. We will definitely use them in the future!

The team at Integrity Air out of Concord is above and beyond the BEST service professionals we've called. Our AC went out while we were at work, called them and they came that night. Genuinely good people!

They added freon to one of my units. said the other was fine but wanted to do a service on it anyways. When they left that unit was no longer working. I had to call them back and they charged me to fix my unit that they messed up. and it is still not working properly, even though it was working fine when they first got here.

This company is the BEST! Air went out and they came same day. Scott is the one to call with all your air conditioning needs. I highly recommend!

Glenn was professional and easy to talk with about the right system. He initially had a problem with the motor, but got a new one immediately and fixed the problem. That is what a great company does and Glenn did a great job. I would recommend him to our friends and family and I have.

They worked with my schedule. They installed and cleaned up afterwards.

They workers were courteous and helpful. Installed all the ductwork (removing and replacing all the old ductwork), disposed of all old material, and replaced and installed a new ac and thermostat. Great price. Very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend.
