Polite, kind, friendly, and communicative top to bottom from the phone call to service. They answered the phone quickly without a voice message and were incredibly helpful. The technician Corey was to my house for my "emergency" in under 30min. He was very clear in all his explanations, went out of his way to troubleshoot when things went awry while he was here. When he had to leave to get a part he didn't have on hand he communicated about the timing of his return via text. He was a delight throughout. So grateful that my morning started out cold, confused and concerned and within a couple hours I have a better system than I had originally before the whole shenanigans happened. PLUS! He went out of his way to fix something he happened across, that should have been done in installment in 2008, that will save me $$$ in heating bills. 1,000% recommend them. Thanks Corey.

Time after time of using High Mountain for installation or maintenance I have found them to be completely professional providing complete and quality service each and every time. They have always been prompt, very friendly, and willing to take time to answer any questions. They went above and beyond by assisting in setting up our new system on the web for remote monitor and control. This was completely helpful so we could monitor our heating cooling system while traveling. They stand behind their product and workmanship and seem to pride themselves in the best customer service and quality possible. I'm new to Missoula, and needed some furnace work done at the house I bought. High Mountain showed up right on schedule. They went above and beyond, not only cleaning the ducts but doing other treatments to help with my severe allergies. They also gave recommendations for additional treatments, should I need them in the future. I would highly recommend High Mountain, and especially Alex, for any furnace/HVAC issues. Thank you!

Wyatt and Desi at Mountain High were extremely friendly and offered amazing customer service! Desi, was so friendly, kind, and helpful. They dispatched a technician out immediately. Wyatt called when he arrived and called when he finished. The situation was minor and Wyatt was so kind to only charge the dispatch fee since he was only there for a short time. I would highly recommend using them, and I will be sure to contact High Mountain Heating & Air in the future!

High Mountain Heating & Air performed a Furnace and AC changeout at my house and did an excellent job. They are very professional and completed it in a timely manner. Unfortunately when Winter arrived, I lost heat temporarily, but it wasn’t due to High Mountain’s installation. I can't recommend High Mountain heating and air enough! My wife and I had a furnace and duct work put in when there was none to speak of. We had 3 different hvac businesses come out and give us quotes. High mountain is the only one that came out and actually measured anything, the other two just guessed on square footage and leanths of ducting that would be needed. They work with us to make sure we got the most bang for our buck and the gentleman that came out and did the actual install was beyond professional!

We used High Mountain Heating and Air to put in a new heating and cooling system from top to bottom. They have a very kind and customer oriented mentality. The owner Don is an honest businessman and will make certain the job is completed and done right. Highly recommend this outfit.
