The work done was fine.  the problem is they charged 10X what the part costs.  they charged $256 or $192 (if I paid $168 for a service agreement).  I thought the price was way high for the part - other furnaces, this part cost about $15.  when the technician left i looked online to find the real cost of the part, and amazon said it was $15.  then i called a few other contractors in the area, and the cost of the part was $25. <br /> The company did good work, but dont ever have them fix anything.  this charge would be ok if they had to come out just to replace the part, but they already had the part out to verify it was working, part of the normal clean and check <br /> <br /> ** update, I was able to cancel the service agreement, but the person at the business location was unable to discuss the excessive pricing on a $10 part

The scheduling was great and they did it very quickly. My A/C was not functioning and they were very speedy. They were a good company. They got the job done in about 7 hours. They showed up when they were supposed to. They hauled away the old furnace and A/C. The technicians were wonderful and they are a family owned business. The owner's name is Mike Meyer.

Meyer heating and cooling was superb. They honored an estimate from about 6 months prior along with a $1000.00 off special they were advertising at the time we scheduled the project. At the time of the project, my wife was one week post C-section delivery of our 1st child and Meyer made every effort to get the job done quickly and efficiently with minimal impact on my wife and new baby. They went the extra mile by arriving at 4am on the last day to get the project done before the weekend. Thank you Meyer Heating and Cooling! We love the cool air we now have in our 2nd floor bedrooms. <br />

I called about 8:00 AM and they promised a late PM arrival. However, they were able to come at 1:00. After diagnostic, Mike had to run to the supply store to get the replacement motor and the AC was back on within hours. Very satisfied.

They are top notch. They kicked up another 10 other clients in the neighborhood based on our recommendation. They come out on one day, on a Saturday and do the tune up for all of us within a matter of four or five hours. They are very punctual.

Excellent. One year ago Meyer had installed our whole-house humidifier (we did not file Angie's report, shame on us) and we were pleased with the results. So we had them back for the furnace tune up (which is about $80 or so), and we were so impressed with the punctuality, and thoroughness that we signed up for a full-year program ($153) which includes the A/C tune in the spring and discounts on emergency labor and parts if needed.
