They where amazing! There assistant was so polite. They came the very next day. The technician was very professional and got the job done quickly. He also did an amazing job at installing our hot water tank. They charge a flat reasonable price. I will definitely go back to them for my home needs.

We have been using George's for many years now and have always been very pleased with their service. They are always VERY quick to come out and take care of any issues we have. Called them this morning at 8 for a repair and they were there within the hour!!!! It's nice to have a company that is so dependable and friendly.

I appreciate this small business! Their technicians are seasoned, and some of the best in this region. With ANY small business, I understand I have to have patience, because they have a limited amount of employees to serve the needs of many, many towns in this area. But, I would rather wait a few days for their expertise, than have sub-standard techs work on my equipment.

George's is THE BEST! We got several quotes from different businesses for a furnace and air conditioner. Not only were their prices great, they came over to explain the differences between the different options. We've had the system over a year now, and it was the perfect choice. We also used them to replace a broken water heater. They came and did the installation within two hours of calling, charged a reasonable price, and left the basement cleaner than they found it. We are so lucky to have this business in Marshall!

They were supposed to call me back to set up a time to offer a bid. I still have not heard from them even after leaving messages. I feel this shows poor customer service

Furnace blower went out early evening, came out within 30 minutes and had it up and running within a couple of hours after securing the parts. This was on Labor Day weekend too! Great job!!

I called on a very cold week and they were booked. They came out the next day at my surprise. They ordered the part and came back to install as soon as it arrived. It was also right on the estimate.

Lacks in communication constantly. Never can give a straight answer of when they will arrive just so you waste your days waiting for them to do services or install parts.

The service is okay. But they never clean up after. Or do they protect the stuff they are working on
