Muddy boots and dirty hands. They left a mess. I would not recommend them.

Out of several Geothermal service vendors, this one is the best I've had the privilege of getting help from since 2020. I've had service companies from KC to Columbia out here, yet this one, to my mind, cares the most. They are careful in the work area and have super professional office/appointment staff! They can take payment on site too. No calling in the payment anymore. Love it. They came out fast even though they had other calls and I didn't expect it. The office support was great in helping me know who and when. Both my units were down, but I was good with a fan till they could get free. I figured it would be a few days to a week like all the rest. But they just showed up that day. Wow. I can't expect that all the time, but it sure was appreciated this time. So they are rebuilding one unit in a very careful way to save money, educating me so I understand what they need to do, while presetting my expectations accordingly. I can't thank them enough. If I have to buy new guts for the one tragic system, this is the vendor I trust. They turned off stage 2 of the compressor until they can see how bad the freon leak is, so it won't fry more boards. I'm learning about compressors and costs in the meantime so I can be an educated client. Thank you folks for all your help with these units that have a terribly sad tech past. I'm sorry you all are stuck with righting them. Thank you for carefully working thru the troublesome unit to get to the root cause and helping me understand what's going on. You all are appreciated.

Very happy with the customer service and repairs we have received over the last several years. Super fast response and everything is taken care of quickly. I also like that the invoices come through quick and I can pay them online.

I called and they showed the same day to fix my ac, and later that day their sewer man showed the same day. I was impressed and grateful! little pricey, but very nice, professional and show up!

When I asked for an estimate on Thursday they said they would be on their way to give one. After showing up, walking around a little bit with not so much as a tape measurer or piece of paper then says he will come back to sketch it out Friday & was given our number & we waited all day. He never came or so much as called. I then called the office & told the secretary who says she would have him give me a call back & here it is Monday with not so much as a call. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Huge shout out to the on call employee. AC wasn’t getting cold on a Friday after hours. Called and the on call employee picked up and came right over after his other customer. He got the AC up and running and was very professional. Thanks to these guys, people will have them to call to get their AC fixed after hours. Thanks!

Fire or no fire, they have always been there for me and when I had no one else and I live alone at 74! So that means a great deal to me! And yes, I recommend them, highly!

My mother used Beerman in February of this year. They claimed to have replaced a resistor switch and the circuit board in her furnace and charged her $457.10 to do so. Just 8 months later her furnace will not come on at all. Beerman refused to come out and look at it unless they received a $90 fee. Pathetic! Will advise everyone I know of their business practices. If you won't stand behind the parts you overcharge for then why would anyone trust you to do the repair work.

They arrived when they scheduled appointment. Professional and pleasant employees. We have used them for at least 9 years.

Not only are they not on time, they do not call back to set up a time to discuss an estimate. They show up 4 days later, at their convenance, to drop off an envelope. Spoke to numerous contractors and received 6 other bids; all were at least $5000 less then Beerman’s bid. Please research your options first!

Great on emergency calls. Short staffed so contracts not so much. They do great work when they make it back to job sight.

My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my heat running again. I will be calling upon them for any future need, as well as referring them to everyone I know.

Lightning fast service, fixed problem quickly and overall it was a good price. Would use again in an instant.
