Shay was incredibly nice, very patient, and genuinely concerned about our water problem. He took the time to clearly explain everything to us and the information he and Rick gave us made it much easier to work with a Foundation Repair Company.
We returned from a two-day trip out of town to find the kitchen floor flooded. My husband was able to shut off the water under the sink. Since another friend had a positive experience with this business (now known as All Hours Plumbing), I called. The plumber on duty was at our house in about a half hour. He recommended we call an emergency water disaster service to clean up the water and begin drying the floors, so we did. He quickly diagnosed the problem ? a mouse had gnawed through the hot water supply hose to our dishwasher. He didn't have the proper supply hose in his truck, so he went out and obtained the hose. He was back quickly and fixed the situation. He was professional, friendly, and completed the task promptly. We would be glad to use this contractor again.
Rick showed up incredibly fast and within an hour had cleaned the heater and installed an appropriate sump pump. The heater had been ran (for no telling how long) by a prior tenant without a filter and was extremely clogged. The sump pump in the basement had previously been installed by another company not long ago but it wasn't working because it was not the right kind to be used in this situation. Rick was wonderful in letting me know what was needed. He is very professional in all dealings. In addition, Rick also looked at a faucet leak and spent quite a bit of time looking for a piece that was not available. This pretty much means that the faucet just needed to be replaced (it was a brand new faucet but no one has the part that was missing). This route was going to cost a bit more than I could justify for replacing a faucet, but I may be wrong about that so I may be calling All Hours Plumbing back! However, after dropping $550 to repair the heater and sump pump, I was just a little too tapped to spend $400 to repair a faucet. Love the company, love the speed, and loved the honesty.
When we purchased our home it needed a new heating and a/c. All Hours had a good price and was prompt in answering our questions. They did a good job on the install. Since then we've called them for help with our plumbing. Each time they've done an excellent job at a reasonable price.
The only people I have really worked with along here is the plumber called All Hours Plumbing, Heating And Cooling services with Gilmore. Rick has been working with me for about 32 years I think. My experience with them has been excellent and that's why I keep hiring them back. It is not like I hired them today. I would give them all 'A's.

Our home was built in the early 60's and needed a bathroom makeover in the worst way. The bathroom was outdated, plumbing fixtures were leaking and outdated, plus the floor was soft and sagging, and our toilet was starting to list like a sinking ship! It was embarrassing to let company use that bathroom! We needed professional help! It just so happened that we needed a new faucet set installed in the kitchen. We contacted Rick Gilmore's All Hours (After Hours) Plumbing to install our kitchen faucet and talk about upgrading our poor excuse for a bathroom, into a modern 21st century bathroom. Hunter, the supervisor/master plumber for Rick's, sat down with my wife and I, asked us what we wanted done, he looked at the bathroom and soon had some suggestion and an estimate for us. They would remove the old fixtures, commode, tub, sink, vanity, etc., and remove the bad flooring, and sheet rock on the walls down to bare studs. They would replace the bad sub floor with new flooring, new linoleum, re-rock and paint the walls, install a new 5 foot walk-in shower, new ADA commode (I am handicapped), new sink, counter top and vanity, handicap bars on walls and in shower, new light fixtures, install exhaust fan, new light switch and hang a new door. In other words, we would have new bathroom! We liked what they quoted in their bid and hired them. It was a Friday and they started on the demolition immediately. They laid down rugs and covered the floor inside our house with paper so they wouldn't damage it. We were looking at an 8 to nine day job. They continued demolition on Saturday. Returning to work on Monday, the guys were prompt every day and Hunter worked late into the night two days making sure the work would be completed on time. Hunter also kept us informed of any problems he ran into. Surprise...the bathroom built in 1963 wasn't exactly square! That was no problem for Hunter. He is a craftsman that worked through the problem with great results! Hunter and his crew cleaned up every day after their work was done. They were very careful not to let our inside cats get out of the house when they came in and out of the house. On Saturday night at 10:30 PM, Hunter stayed late and completed the final work. I'm pleased to announce that we now have a modern bathroom that we are proud to show off and not embarrassed to let company use. We are very happy with the professional job that Rick Gilmore's All Hours Plumbing did for us. They are top notch! We highly recommend their work and will use them again!

I had gotten good service from All Hours and felt confident in using them for major upgrade. Five years later, I'm not so happy and they have inspected system twice every year. Go with name brand equipment. The higher up front costs are worth paying more years down the road. The total installation was fine, except I always have trouble with inserting new furnace filters.
Again, I fault my own ignorance of different qualities of systems, more than I do All HOurs. Consumer, do your homework before purchasing new hvac and or water heating systems. I got in a hurry and am paying for it now.
I'm confident if you have a thorough Q and A with All Hours they will do just fine for you. I don't know if they could have alerted me to better quality equipment, but I am now a DeLong customer.

He described everything very well to us to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. He found the part very quickly and was able to get it completed within 1 day.

I have been using them for 6 years. I pay in the fall for the next year's service. They put my furnace in and we had trouble putting the furnace filter in because there were some burrs in the slot where the filter goes. They came in and fixed that for no charge. Its 95 degrees today, and its been 100 degrees for the past few days and the house is cool.

They did a good job. They were a little expensive. . They are a fairly good size plumbing company. They installed our central air and furnace units three years ago. The unit is still performing well. They have come out every time I have an urgent need of them. I would use their services in the future also.

They did a good job. I have an annual contract with them. When they put the furnace in I had some problems with where they constructed the place where the filter goes and it has some rough metal in it. I had some problems getting the filter in and out. They worked on it a couple of times. Other than that the overall installation was okay except that one little hassle I had with the finished product not being easy to put the filter in and take it out. They have it in pretty good shape. They are competitively priced. Everything was good on the installation and there were no problems. Their semi-annual inspection service is good.
