Advanced Heating, Cooling & Duct Cleaning

We took several bids on a new HVAC and knew we wanted a Heat Pump. We chose Advanced because unlike many of the other bids they did not try to upsell on extra unnecessary features and were honest. Tucker gave us multiple economical options and we did go with the variable speed heat pump. Tucker was able to get it installed the week of Thanksgiving and we noticed a drastic difference for the better in lower electricity consumption and better heating. I will recommend Advanced to everyone and will be using their maintenance plan.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Tucker (owner) came to my house within 20 minutes when my furnace went out during dropping temperatures — with two kids in the house. The repair itself took about 20 minutes, and he was extremely kind, professional, and reassuring during a stressful situation. Truly grateful for their fast response and compassion. Highly recommend!!!

The tech took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. Tucker did an amazing job ! Fast and clean , our old unit worked but we didn’t realize just how bad it was until we got the new unit installed ! Tucker is very responsive to calls and texts, showed up earlier than most would to accommodate our work schedules, was always friendly and professional. He didn't try to over-sell us on anything we didn't need, his prices were extremely fair, the quality of work was great and we love that our electric usage has been cut in half since replacing our HVAC system. I have had to use Tucker a few different times to repair my furnace as well as my AC & install a new thermostat! He has been quick to come look & diagnose the issue and find a resolution. It was after hours both times & he came without hesitation. Tucker had to order a part for my AC & kept me updated each day on a status. I have used Tucker for my rental property when the AC went out and I was beyond satisfied with his professionalism! He knows exactly what he’s doing and does it in a timely matter. My heat stopped working over the weekend and Tucker came as soon as he could to diagnose the issue and order the part. His prices are very fair and he’s super accommodating and quick!

From beginning to end, dealing with Tucker has been an amazing experience. Background -- in order to make a newly enclosed sunroom in our short term rental climate controlled, we contracted them to install a mini-split into the space. When the external unit needed to be replaced the day before a two month reservation was to begun, Tucker came out himself, replaced the defective unit and tested it for quality, finishing the evening before. Would highly recommend his company!

Tucker came to our personal home that we had completely gutted and updated. We believed the previous owner had smoked in the house, and with it being an older home we wanted to get the vents/ductwork professionally cleaned. Needless to say, the before and after pictures of our ductwork being cleaned left us speechless. They were long overdue for a cleaning! Tucker is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone for any HVAC needs.

Called tyler after an outrageous bid from air serv. He came and installed a few extra runs and replaced a section of the main trunk run. When he replaced that part, he accidently missed a vent run that went to a bedroom by the thermostat which was causing false readings. However, we are all human and the important thing is that we own our mistakes and correct them in a timely manner. He own up to the mistake and went above and beyond to correct it. That is why he got 5 stars. Because he could have left us high and dry. It's nice to work with a company that does good work but also comes back if mistake was made and makes no excuses. I like him and we hope to have him back in the future woth any other issues that arise with our system.
