We recently had a full HVAC system replacement, including new ductwork, and replaced our electric water heater with a new gas water heater. Choosing Integrity Solutions was the first time we’ve ever worked with a company that truly lived up to every promise they made. We are beyond pleased with both the equipment and the quality of the work. Everything was done 100% above and beyond our expectations. Every employee who came to our home was respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their level of skill was so high that we didn’t go a single night without heat during the entire process. I cannot say enough good things. House is down to 50 degrees. Heat pump quit working. It's a Sunday. They come out and diagnose the problem within minutes, fix and have heat going within an hour. My son and I and our animals are sooooo thankful! This company is the absolute best. So professional, so timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and so fair. They will be my go to always.

James and his guys did a great job. They were very clear in explaining the options and pricing. When questions came up they listened, were engaged and very responsive. The day of the job went smoothly. Ended up being a little longer day than I anticipated but by the end of the day everything was running smoothly and operating well.

I called & left a message at 7:45am & James called back before 8am! He did some simple checks of the ac by phone & put service in progress from there. Steve was to arrive between 2 & 4 that same day. At 2:10 Steve called to say he was 13 minutes out. Upon arrival he started with the basic filter change & worked his way through the unit . He was courteous & explained everything he was doing. He even let me follow him every step of the process! Absolutely the best service!! Highly recommend!

It's hard to find honest folks these days. The term "integrity" is quite appropriate. Last May we received quotes on a full system replacement. Integrity was not only the lowest bid, but a superior system proposed at the best value. I can't recommend the enough. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Great service, very quick quote on Monday even with the bad weather they still made it told them we wanted to proceed on Tuesday installed by 4 on Thursday. Would Highley recommend them!

Integrity is true to its name. A very thorough check of my ac unit from top to bottom with explanations along the way. James was friendly, knowledgeable, and serious about his job. His prices were better than reasonable, almost too cheap. Gladly paid and will use again.

When our furnace quit, they came out right away. They diagnosed the problem, which our previous company had missed, and took care of it right away. The technicians were helpful and I felt comfortable with them in my home. Will use them in the future.

Integrity Solutions was awesome! They came out FAST to fix a busted boiler pipe. Apparently not many companies work on old boiler systems. It was an emergency situation and they were very responsive and got to the house so fast. They were fast and efficient with reasonable pricing! I highly recommend Integrity Solutions for your HVAC needs!

Great customer service

I had to do an entire HVAC replacement as my existing one was 28 years old. James and his team were easy to work with and reasonably priced. I highly suggest them if you need this type of work done. The 5 star reviews are not a gimmick!
