We had an HVAC system that was poorly installed and was having issues with moisture coming out that could potentially be creating black mold. I called up Kevin this morning and he dispatched a technician to our place within an hour and had the problem resolved along with very quality workmanship at a very honest and reasonable price since that’s how Kevin treated us before and has earned our business.

Great customer experience! Kevin is very friendly and courteous. He provided options to us when we needed to replace our AC. We decided to replace the AC and gas furnace for our home. He arranged for our ducts to be cleaned prior to the installation of the new system, which included an air scrubber-perfect for our family's allergies. Our new system arrived promptly after we placed the order, and the company installed it in one day! Kevin then set up the controls and showed me how to use them, including smart phone access. I would recommend Kevin and his company to our family, friends and neighbors.

As always, I feel very confident with the service provided by Goad Heating and Air Conditioning LLC. Brett worked efficiently, explained everything well, and provided some easy suggestions to keep my two systems working well. I highly recommend them for installation and maintenance.

I'm sorry to say that they never showed up for their appointment. Never even called. So. I found another company to analyze the furnace system & recommend the repairs needed. The owner sent an apology within 8 hours. With COVID and near winter he just missed my appointment. Probably overwhelmed like we all are now! am now impressed with his caring message. Will call him anytime in the future.

I highly don't recommend this business. They are poor quality, as well as not responsive. Took them over a week to get the part in for our AC at our business. Then proceeded to let the landlord know it was fixed, when it was not! Our customers have complained about being hot in our office. Myself and manager sit here with it being 87 or higher in the office! I've called to ask about a tech coming out and no one can give me answers on a time! Or to even schedule an appointment for a tech! Let's just say if you have a business DON'T have a system through them! Good luck getting anything fixed!

Relieved I finally found someone reliable, honest, and affordable! Frustrated with the service and prices of other local companies, I contacted Goad HVAC and spoke with Kevin. He was friendly and professional. Since they were super busy at the time, they couldn’t get to us for a few days, however it was well worth the wait! Goad HVAC was thorough, professional, and gave us several options. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was much lower than anyone else I spoke with. Our AC is now working and I will use them again for sure!

After contacting my local HVAC shops, I expanded my search & found Goad Heating & AC (90 miles away!). I told them I was 90 miles from Chillicothe, yet they were happy to travel the distance. Kevin & Chase came down & installed a high efficiency American Standard AC unit for less than anyone could near me. He also set me up with an inexpensive service plan & guarantees all of their work. Everyone else I called was rude, short with me, talked down to me, and was over priced for cheap equipment (News flash—google searching the quality of equipment is easy, yet other companies will still try to sell junk for the price of gold). Speaking with Kevin on the phone he treated me kindly, respectfully, & it felt like he was working with me instead of trying to just shake me down for every penny. He has state of the art “mini split systems” that I am going to install at my business! Goad Heating & AC is the epitome of reliable, knowledgeable & client centric. They are hard working, timely, and skilled. 100% recommend!

I was a first time customer. I called them on a Friday and they were good enough to work me in. My AC unit quit working and they had it fixed in no time I'm a happy happy girl !

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We have been "waiting on the part" for 3-4 months now. Landlord has tried calling multiple times, as well as myself and we never get through to anyone. No call back or anything.
