Our AC quit cooling in the middle of the night. A friend recommended Eddie. Called Eddie with Carthage HVAC at 9:30am on a Friday and he was on site by 11. Diagnosed a bad capacitor and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Very reasonable price for the fix. Great, fast service. Thanks Eddie

I called the office to come a check out my furnace,came over with in a hour,checked it and replaced the furnace pilot a board.the price was reasonable,fast service.👍

Highly recommend. Called Paschal to check out and to work on my furnace and they quoted me $1000 to replace the control board on it. Called Carthage HVAC they came out about an hour after calling, checked the furnace out and replaced the control board same day for $350. Very professional and very affordable. Would definitely do business with them again.

Ed and crew were just fantastic! The office where i work we have been having problems with out heat. Another company had been here 3 times and didn't fix the problem. Carthage HVAC responded within an hour, had the problem diagnosed within 15 minutes and repaired in less that 90 minutes!! And the bill: VERY reasonable, even with same day service. Ed and crew really know what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend you give them a call!!

Great service. City sewer line backed up into my basement and flooded it high enough to potentially kill the HVAC electrical board. All I knew is the AC stopped working since that incident earlier in the day. Texted pictures of the water line and the model of of the HVAC and the board. He said he had a board on-hand and would come out the next morning. He arrived on time, checked/tested to make sure it was indeed the board that was the problem. He swapped out the board and got the AC going again and he and his partner even got the pilot re-lit on our water heater that wouldn't come back on because of the flooding. Got the job done, great timing (got to us quickly), reasonable price, nice guys, didn't waste any time. 100% recommend for HVAC service/repair.

Made an appointment for A/C repair. The tech said it was 0in the ductwork and he was to bu,y to look at. I needed to call and make an appointment. I called and called finally able to get someone to answer. He said they were buzy, I asked for the next available appointment. Set it up for 2 weeks later. On the day no call no show. I continued to call and text. No response. I pay cash and stay out of their way when working, even though its my home. If he did not want the job he should not have made the appointment. Would not recomend, will not be giving him my business

My furnace went out. So I called Carthage HVAC plus and they were amazing. Very professional. Very polite. They were on time. Very respectful. Amazing company. Definitely won't use anyone else, and will definitely be recommending this company. Thanks guys

I had someone come to look at my unit and they didn’t notify me when they came and then called me after they left accusing me of wasting their time because my breaker to my unit was turned off. I will never be seeking this company in the future and will recommending anyone seeking hvac repair to steer clear of this company.

Eddie does a great job of getting to you in a timely manner, even in the summer when you know everyone in town is super busy. He often works late into the evening to get promised work finished. Whenever we have a problem we don't hesitate to call him. he's honest and affordable.
