Came out the same day we requested service. Our furnace went out and we were actually leaking carbon monoxide in our home. Came out the following Monday (originally came out Friday) to double check everything. They went above and beyond to fix the problem! Thank you Tyler!

Pat arrived when he said he would. He took the time to explain exactly how our boiler, furnace and in-floor thermostat worked together. He inspected our entire system, adjusted multiple key settings to improve our heating situation. Most importantly, he left us knowing tons more about our heating / cooling systems. I am definitely recommending him to my family and friends. I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!

My A/C went out and he came and gave me a quote. He said he could get me in a couple of days. He called me that night and said he had a cancelation and if they could come at 8am the next day. I was like yes. This was in August 2021 the week it felt like 200 degrees. His grandkids installed the A/C. They did a great job and answered all my questions. I am happy to see that this business will be around for generations.

I came home at 8pm to a hot and humid house with an AC that wouldn't start. I put in a service request with A-Bear 830pm and by 1030 am the next day Pat had been out and got my system back up and running to cool my house down on a day that was forecasted to be over 100° with the heat index. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service provided.

These guys came and lit my pilot light and charged me money. They didn't bother to look to see what may have caused the light to go out in the first place. This was almost two weeks ago...I am now without heat again. I don't recommend this business.
