We got a new furnace and AC installed and they were great to work with and did it on short notice so we could get year end rebates. Scheduling was easy and they were great about getting us quotes etc. We will continue using their services in the future with our new setup!

My 30 year furnace stopped working on a Sunday this winter. The owner of the company came to my home on that Sunday night. He completed an assessment, discussed the problem in detail, and came up with a solution. He then explained options and recommendations for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I was given the option to have my ductwork cleaned before installation, which I chose to do. David did more than an excellent job! I was more than impressed with the handoffs from start of install to completion. There were consultations amongst all team members and explanation of installation as it was being completed. They continued to ask me if I had any more questions throughout the entire process. The home office team was outstanding in walking me through the process of payment options. I would more than highly recommend Air-Pro Heating & Cooling services. I was very impressed with how the hard work ethic and kindness of the entire team showed through. Their focus on excellence met beyond all of my expectations!

Air Pro Heating did a wonderful job installing our new tankless water heater and programmable thermostat. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done right. The system works perfectly, and we’re already noticing the benefits. It was a little before Thanksgiving I called for an appointment for them to come to pressure test and charge my mini-split system. I told them what equipment I had installed and set a date about two weeks later. The day came when they were supposed to be there, I got jerked around a little on the phone,(but I was willing to accommodate any time they could get there...I wanted it done that badly). Dan got there in the afternoon and took a look at it, knocked on my door and told me he didn't have good luck with those units and said he wasn't going to do the work. Referred me elsewhere and left. I called the next day to ask what kind of business they're running, and alls the receptionist could say was "sorry, my bad". Alot of good an apology does me. I waited two weeks for the appointment and then they won't touch my installed equipment. Now I wait another two to three weeks for the next (I could've used those other two weeks back.) Moral of my story, just because you have an appointment, don't expect the work to be done.

Was great experience with the company. They had to come out a few times to fix the furnace issue but they are great and haven't charged me any extra to establish the issue. I recommend them.

AirPro thoroughly explained the issue with my air conditioning system and did a great job installing my new one. I also appreciated that they checked other issues. I definitely needed to replace an extremely old water heater. That recommended change has improved water quality. I'm very satisfied with their work.

Did a great job installing a new furnace/AC unit and looking over our boiler system for our in floor heating. Reasonably priced. Friendly installers who were willing to answer any questions we had. No mess afterwards. They were also great with planning to make sure we had everything installed before we got that nasty +100° weather. Would recommend again. I hear they also clean out fireplaces/chimneys so I will be making an appointment for that as well. Thanks again!

Great service. We had both furnace and air conditioner replaced over the years. Heat pump is exceptional. Their installers are great to work with. Installer Alex would get 10 stars if I could give him 10.

Very happy with Air Pro and our new system - heat pump, Air conditioner, and LP furnace. The extra attention to customers was beyond normal. They handled our rebate with the electric company very quickly and we had a check in our hand within 30 days. They also had me check with my LP supplier which also got me a rebate. Wonderful to work with from office staff to technicians! My furnace went out during an extreme cold snap. Air Pro came out within a couple hours and I had a new furnace installed the next day! Highly recommend!

Air Pro did an excellent job with installation of a new AC unit and furnace. From the moment we contacted them, we had quick responses and given a quote in a short amount of time. We are also happy that there were no surprises or unexpected costs and the work and install matched the quote we were given. We appreciate that they came out free of charge and told us what our options were for replacing our units before we hired them. The workers were also professional and helpful. We appreciated that Ben and Bryan were respectful of our home and took their shoes off and put down tarps where they were going in and out. Ben was also receptive to addressing concerns we had with some duct pipe and went out of his way to check it out. He also did a great job redoing our air exchanger drain lines since the previous people didn't have it installed correctly (free of charge). Overall, the pricing was very reasonable and we would definitely recommend Air Pro to anyone! They do great work!
