Superior service. "no pun intended" Break down at 10AM. Brad had a New furnace in before 5pm. No over time charges or foolishness that other companies try to do. Fair price. This company continues to serve me as a property management over 10 years now.

AG O'Brien was very responsive and helpful under a stressful circumstance. I was desperate to find a contractor to fix a furnace issue on an extremely cold day. I'd never worked with them before, yet they made me feel like I was a top priority with their quick response and successful solve. Thank you!!

Everyone we spoke with at AG O’Brien was helpful, competent and friendly. Communication was excellent. We received texts to update us on our appointments to repair our furnace and the technician arrived timely. Jason, our technician was knowledgeable and skillful, keeping us informed of what he was doing and why. A part needed to be ordered and Jason was able to return with it and install it several days later (after the weekend). Would not hesitate to use them again for HVAC issues. Haven’t received the final bill yet, so cannot comment on pricing.

The company responded very quickly to my heating emergency, clearly and respectfully discussed my options, and quickly scheduled a repair person. Jeremy provided skilled service with a great attitude. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Very pleased with the service and service guy Rian. He installed a bathroom fan including all the venting along with two new shut off valves for my outdoor spikets. He stayed on task, was very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend AG O’Brien

** Update - after posting the below review I was contacted by the company and it was determined I was likely charged for too much driving time. They also took time to ask about my negative experience. I am happy with the follow up. ** $290 for about 15 minutes of work snaking a drain that the technician didn't think would help. I insisted and it did solve a backup issue. This was after the technician called me 3 hours before the appointment and asked if he could "come now" because he finished a job, I said sure, and 1.5 hours later he arrived. I'm new to the area and would definitely try a different outfit next time. The person who answered my initial call was very friendly and helpful. That was the high point.

Thank you for helping us out during a frustrating start to my Monday morning. The staff Will was incredibly helpful in helping mitigate stress. He was able to get Brian out the same day. Kind, direct, prompt, and honest. Price that was charged was fair. 100% recommend. We had a leaky kitchen sink clean out where water was leaking into our basement. Everything is working great now.

Thr O'Brien team did a great job. They were quick, efficient, and clean. They explained everything to my satisfaction. The only complaint I have is that they left about $200 worth of new plumbing parts behind.

Jesse came out to diagnose a problem with the zone heating on our Navien combi boiler (new to us when we purchased the house two years ago). He was able to fix it right away, and gave us valuable tips on how this type of boiler works and how to maintain it. 100 percent recommend AG O'Brien, glad to have found this company!
