We were so impressed with the people we interacted with, from the person on the phone who was professional and helpful to the installers who came and did the installation of our new AC unit under an umbrella in the rain so that we would it have it before another hot spell hit the next day. Everyone kept us posted on the progress of our order and made sure we got the installation as soon as the equipment came in - we really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency - will continue to use them for all our needs moving forward. They came to us highly recommended and didn't disappoint!

They need to pay more attention to who they put behind the wheel of there company trucks. One of the drivers was very reckless behind the wheel. After destroying property. Also endangered many other drivers. I spoke with Tim. The safety director who stared he would return my call and didn't. Expressed concern at first. Tim ignored this issue stating his company isn't financially responsible for damages because Michigan is a no fault state. So they feel that the company is t responsible for there employees or there company vehicles. I would be questioning how they operate with there job sites and customers. I'm sure they sweep most accountability under the rug. Its sad how quick ppl become careless and and irresponsible. Tag ya back tim..Tim... this is a true reflection of there service I'm sure
