Very responsive, sent a crew out a few hours after I called. Very impressed. I didnâ t call them until4:30 pm. The coil in AC had to be replaced and the repair crew arrived on time! They worked all day, cleaned up before leaving. They even moved my thermostat to a better location and set the programming schedule on it before leaving. Oh! The price was exactly what was estimated! No hidden costs. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

We got three different bids, but Jose was the most competitive, offered the best value, and was by FAR most professional which was what sealed the deal. The install crew was awesome. Our 15 year old central AC units needed to be replaced. George came in and performed a thorough examination of the whole system and related areas, then worked with us to get a reasonable estimate for our needs. Their crew came on time and worked a whole day to get the system up and running, no drama, no mess. Everything was taken care of by the team. A couple of days after the installation, I noticed some noise due to the AC, George came in on the same day and did a thorough testing and reconfiguration to help readjust the output of the fan, even did some amazing work on the plumbing part to help reduce noise that came from the drill line. He worked till almost 8pm and took care of our issues. We are simply amazed by the level of professionalism and top-notch customer service that George has demonstrated. I feel they are really good at what they do and care about their customers. I am confident that in the future if there is any issue re: the AC, they will always be there to help. I will not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends. Keep up with the good work guys!

As we all know our A/C never fails at a convenient time lol. Ours failed late at night the day before a holiday, so we were pretty sure our holiday would either be a hot one or spent in a hotel. Jose reached out to us via email and I called back expecting to possibly get our A/C serviced the next business day but Nope. Within a couple hours of me calling he sent his tech out and we were cooled off in no time. The price we paid was more than reasonable. I will be recommending his company to all of neighbors, friends, and family. Thank you guys so much! No more heat!!!!

Jose and Jorge both of whom I spoke were professional with me and my concerns. They both understood my urgency to have my ac repaired asap....end results were not so good for me as I have to replace my unit. Waiting to hear from my home owners to see what my options are for replacement unit. If I am able I do plan to call Jose back and schedule the installation of my new unit.
