Not good. They installed furnace in 2019 by the drain hose wasn't put in right. It was laying on the ground and it froze up called for service Lon came out on Sunday February 21 2021 left said it was fixed but it wasn't had to call back on Monday he came again. My husband helped him fix it that's when they found out it was laying on the ground. This time it was fixed. But I got charged $310.00 for their mistake. So be careful

Excellent! I can now set the temperature from my phone, wherever I am! They were very helpful and responsive.

<p>That was a very cold winter but one morning that was not as frigid as most I came home from work to a cold house. I called Griffiths at 8 o clock and by 8:30 the service tech. was at my door. He promptly diagnosed the problem and explained my options. I opted for a new furnace. He then did a temporary fix on my furnace to safely get me through the day. The next day they were there with my new unit and had it installed and the old one disposed of and mess cleaned up in no time at all. The price matched the quote and the service was excellent.</p> <br />

We had our old HVAC system replaced with a heat pump and a tankless hot water heater installed. Everything was completed as proposed; job was professional, great clean-up and everything works as promised.
