Answer installers Tim & Andrew were excellent. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I could tell they were experienced and took pride in there work. They did excellent work, explained how everything works and answered all our questions, very informative. They also were patient with us, juggling 3 cars in the driveway and us coming & going at different times. It was a pleasure having Andrew and Tim in our home to install our new furnace & AC.

Clayton did a great job for us on a Sunday. His work was quick and efficient and he got our heat back on for us in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Answer Heating & Cooling and will be using their services in the future. UPDATE 12-23-25 So, the Answer Heating & Cooling crew left an hour ago after installing our new furnace. I am beyond happy with the service, quality of product and installation. Joel did a great job giving us an estimate and explaining the process. Today, Tim, Andrew, and Andrew arrived when they said they would and did just a fantastic job of installation. They did everything they said they would, they were neat and cleaned up at the end. I especially appreciate the extra items they fixed and how they clearly explained everything. Thank you.

Could not be any happier with this company, both times my furnace has experienced an issue. Both service calls were convenient to schedule, technicians showed up within allotted time window, communication was clear, estimates were provided, service was trustworthy and professional. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family. Very impressed.

We called Answer Heating & Cooling when our furnace suddenly stopped working and they were fantastic to work with. From the moment I called at 7am from the time the tech left, it was 5-star service. They were able to schedule us the same day which was amazing since it was a very windy day and I'm sure they were very busy. We even got lucky and there happened to be a cancellation which had our tech here within 2 hours and our furnace up and running within 3 hours of the initial call. We will use them again in the future when needed. They are also reasonably priced. The tech, Gabe, went above and beyond in our opinion. Do not hesitate to call them for service.

I had both a new furnace and air conditioner installed on the coldest days this winter! Tim Schester and Bob Green did a wonderful job on the installations. They were very punctual, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also very neat; no mess whatsoever to clean up once they were finished. Highly recommend Tim, Bob and Answer Heating & Cooling!

Jim, Answer heating and cooling was definitely the “Answer” to our heating and cooling needs. The entire experience was informative, making our decision hassle free and easy. Gabe was my technician. He was great! He came out and showed me what was wrong with the furnace, and was able to get a replacement motor. Saved me from a very cold night! Ill be using these guys from now on for my heating and cooling needs. Again thanks you Gabe!

Answer Heating & Cooling is my go to for all my furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater needs. We purchased all three, with installation, from them within the last 5 years and continue with the maintenance schedule. The technicians as well as the office staff are always professional, effective, and very passionate for the customer. I have highly recommended them since our initial purchase and will continue supporting them.

Tim & Andrew were absolutely awesome…They were both very professional, super nice and answered every question I had in a matter that I could understand. We had a new furnace and AC installed, and what these two young men had to do to make everything fit, installed properly and up to code was no easy feat. There was a master electrician that came out and made sure everything was properly installed, and checked everything thoroughly. Before leaving they rechecked everything over, did a leak test and showed us how to run everything, which was very simple and easy to do. They cleaned up everything and removed everything, there nothing we had to do after they left. It was a great experience from the beginning, the salesman Jim came out first, looked over everything, measured, took pictures and gave us a few options to choose from. He took the time to explain everything too… We didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive product out there, he just worked with us and our budget. I would highly recommend their company, extremely pleased with their service.

Nathan was kind, professional, and thoroughly explained the process to us. First time home buyers with little knowledge about our older unit and what we were experiencing. He brought us up to speed and helped us understand how things are working. Issue was no longer a worry!

When your heat goes out in February, your very happy when your told that someone can be out there today. Our repair man was responsible, respectful and very helpful getting us back to a nice warm house.

Brian and Dion installed my new furnace in my very old home. They had some challenges with the old home but in the end it came together perfectly. They were polite and courteous and left the work area very clean. I recommend Answer Heating and Cooling, all around a great company.

Chris Fialkowski was an excellent technician he was quick and efficient. He had to order a part for my furnace and after the part came in was back out to finish the job. He was able to finish the job in a timely manner and saved me some money from the quote he left me after the first visit.

Scheduled between 7:30am - 8:30am to be here, got here about 7:45am and finished around 2:45pm - 3pm. Great job done on installing new furnace and a/c unit. Went over all paper work once completed, showed how to use thermostat and let us know to feel free to call with whatever questions we may have.

Needed service quickly, and Answer responded! They had what I needed in stock and installed same day. Tim S. was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend based on this experience!

Tyler, repairman, provided excellent customer service. He was thorough in explaining the problem and what was needed. He was able to repair it on the spot. And, was willing to answer all our questions.

We had an AC outage about a week prior to the July 4th holiday on a 20+ year old system. Joel was very quick to do an onsite assessment , provide a quote for a new system and get an order processed. Even though their schedule was completely booked for several weeks, they made it a priority to get the new system installed. The installers, Alex, Andrew, Riley, Logan were 10/10 great guys. They were on time, efficient, excellent quality installation and left the area the new system was installed looking better than when they arrived. They made certain the software applications were configured and everything was fully tested. I strongly recommend the team at Answer Heating & Cooling.
