While ABV was able to eventually repair my GE Profile counter depth refrigerator, it took a long time with a lot of trial and error, and was extremely expensive. It seems like the tech didn't know what he was doing, and diagnosed repairs that didn't need to be made. First, the tech diagnosed the problem as a bad control panel, which cost $2,400 to replace. That didn't fix the problem. Next, the tech guessed that the problem was the compressor control board and replaced that. To ABV's credit, they didn't charge me for the control board when that didn't turn out to be the problem. Finally, they decided that the compressor needed to be replaced, which cost $1800. That fixed the issue. Three simultaneous systems failures is highly improbable, and I strongly suspect that if the compressor had been replaced first, I would have avoided spending an additional $2400. I should have gone with GE's repair service first, but no availability for 2 weeks. ABV took 3.5 weeks to finally repair.

I do not recommend this company. I called them to fix an issue with my range hood exhaust. The technician charged a diagnostic fee of $95 and then said the switch was not working, which was a small component. The total charge was $391. The technician spent hardly 10 mins and charged a lot. After exhaust repaired, the house was empty for some time, and when the tenant moved in, they found that the exhaust was not working. I called the company again, and they told me that the motor was not functioning. During the first visit, the company didn't check everything; they only fixed a small component and charged a lot of money.

Five stars isn't enough. Not only did they respond to my Saturday online inquies with the half hour, the appointment manager was very kind and patient as I went into more detail than I needed to explain my dryer woes. An appointment was made for Sunday and the technician was right on time. And so very polite, diagnosed the problem almost instantly, and fixed it. Within (almost literally) 24 hours, my dryer was fixed and I saved hundreds by not buying a new one, which was going to happen if I had to wait more than a couple of weeks for repair service. Can't recommend ABV Systems loud enough.

Very satisfied with their service all around - prompt scheduling and on-time arrival, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered and replaced worn part, and successfully repaired 10+ yr old GE refrigerator. Good communications and fair price.

ABV Appliance Repair was amazing. They fixed our dryer that had an error code due to heating. The fix was fast, the quote was clear, and the customer service was amazing. When our dryer broke again a few weeks after the repair, they came back for a free warranty call. Their past work was not the problem at all. It was a new issue that popped up. Even with this repair, they were fast and easy to work with. They scheduled me in less than 24 hours after my initial call. They are great and I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Couldn't believe the service. I called up and they had a tech out here same-day. Timor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Cleaned the inside of the dryer to a shine in addition to repairing it (lint build up was likely cause of initial failure). Left the worksite they way he found it. Impressed, I am not used to this level of service. Cost me $439 in total for diagnosis, coil replacement, and roller replacement. Thankfully they had the parts on hand and got us drying again same day.

The work went very well. The repairman was prompt, efficient and trustworthy. He approached each issue methodically, explained the issues and offered solutions without any pressure. I appreciated the thoughtful manner in which he approached our options for repair. I will definitely call this company again when I have an issue with my kitchen appliances.

ABV is at the top of my list for sub-zero repairs. Not only they really know Subzero that they can diagnose a problem over the phone. They are honest enough to supply an easy self fix, other repair companies would have come in and charged you a fortune for a quick fix. If have a problem with your sub-zero appliance and want honesty and expertise, this is the company to call. My fridge working perfect. Thanks guys!!!
