<p>We had recently moved into our new home and knew our boiler was very old and we'd need to replace it at some point. It was also tankless and we wanted a 40 gallon water heater like our previous home. Unfortunately, we developed a crack in the boiler that started to leak causing minor damage to our lower level. We called our Oil Company who came out immediately and used some boiler sealer to temporarily fix the crack. We asked them for an estimate and due to the high volume of work and limited staff they referred us to Victor at JV Mechanical Contractors. To our surprise he made an effort to stop by immediately and assess the situation. He provided us with an estimate and time line within 24 hrs and based on some other recommendations we went with him. Victor also told us if our boiler started to leak again before they were due to replace it he would rearrange his work load to accommodate us considering it would be an emergency at that point. Lucky for us, that didn't happen. </p> <p>A day prior to the scheduled job, my Dad passed away. Victor and his crew were very understanding and handled everything professionally and within the 2 days he had promised. We had also left them in our house alone which we would not normally do but under the circumstances had no choice. They were respectful and cleaned everything prior to leaving each time. </p> <p>Dean who also worked on our project fixed a shower valve for me when I mentioned something to Victor. It was done before he left. The crew was pleasant, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. </p> <p>The reason for the delay in writing this was due to personal issues we've been dealing with. However, we wanted folks to know that Victor and his crew were wonderful and we would highly recommend them. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />

They were here on time and finished the work within one day. They answered all my questions before they came to install the system. They were great and it has been working great ever since. They have never had to come back either. They are top shelf guys.

They are experts and very professional. They are the ones we call when we have complicated projects.

They gave us a price over the phone. The fella came out and did the work. It took him a couple of hours. The service turned out great and we had no issue with them. Their pricing was reasonable as well.

We had a failure. It was an emergency repair. They came quickly and came with the correct equipment. Then we were back in business.
