Hello Had a fantastic time working with Roland and his crew. Thank god for Roland he found a crack in my furnace and I was having headaches everyday, the crack was letting in carbon dioxide. So he really saved me.... New furnace and pipes and his crew was absolutely great and made sure everything was done in two days ,he and they did kept me warm . Roland recently replaced our HVAC system and was such a pleasure to work with! From start to finish he was professional, extremely knowledgeable, always prompt and courteous, and a very skilled technician. He explained all of our options clearly and took care to get us the best pricing possible. He always put down drop cloths, wore protective shoe coverings, and took the time to clean up at the end of each workday. He goes above and beyond with customer service, and it makes a big difference when you have a contractor who really cares. We have also called him for heating issues in the past and he has responded right away and was able to get out to us the next day. We'd give him 10 stars if we could!

Called for a weird issue with my system. I did some self-diagnostics and had an idea as to the issue but was not 100% sure. Roland arrived on time and listened to my explanation of issues. Roland completed testing and confirmed the primary issue as suspected being a contactor that was burnt out. He also found that a time relay was faulty. Roland completed repairs quickly and then performed other testing on the whole system. Throughout this process Roland explained every test and explained expected results. Roland did a fantastic job and demonstrated his knowledge for older systems, but the most important thing was that he only replaced parts that were needed and did not waste time. I would not hesitate to use Roland in the future.

I've had Professional HVAC here for three services over the last few years, and their work has been superb! They've answered any questions I've had about my equipment, been thorough and diligent in all maintenance and installs, and been very transparent and consistent about costs. If I have small requests to say, seal an exterior line opening the previous HVAC installers hadn't done terribly well, they've never hesitated to help out. Professional HVAC takes the time they need to do the job right, and make sure you're in the loop the whole time - couldn't recommend anyone more highly!
