Service tech was awesome. Had my AC service and it didn’t take long. I highly recommend glaze AC and service.

More than pleased with the job Glaze performed. Arrived at my home within hours of the initial call. The technician found the issue and Glaze offered me options and recommendations on what the step was. Decided to change out both of my HVAC units. Was able to schedule the work the next business day, showed up on time with a big crew that was able to knock the job out in one day. Guys were professional and when finish you didn't even know they were there cleaning everything up. Definitely glad I had Glaze do the work for me and would recommend them to anyone.

Very responsive to trouble calls

Let me tell you about Glaze Heating and Air - these guys are lifesavers! When lightning zapped my furnace, I was pretty much in a bind. I called Glaze, and boom, they had a tech at my door in just a few hours. Talk about fast! But wait, it gets better. A couple of days later, my furnace decided to act up again. I was thinking, "Oh no, not again," but Glaze had my back. They sent out another tech super quick, and guess what? No charge for the follow-up. How cool is that? The techs from Glaze arenâ t just good at what they do; theyâ re also super friendly and really know their stuff. Itâ s like calling up a buddy who just happens to be an expert in heating and air. So, if you ever need help with your furnace or AC, Glaze Heating and Air is the way to go. Quick service, friendly faces, and they really care about getting the job done right. I have had great experiences with Glaze in the past, and I feel that their entire staff has always been â beyondâ upfront about and more than fair regarding their prices,. They are honest, and will go out of their way to assist their customers far beyond what you would expect from service company or service repair personnel these days !!!!!

The tech is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable bout his service and equipment he works on.

This company is very dedicated,and will take the time to fixing your problem,and not putting a bandaid on it.

They did good work and were quite a bit less than the others bids I received.

There was a quick response to my request and Glaze was able to install the following day after providing the quote. He also made sure that the HVAC unit was installed correctly given the awkward construction of my mother's home. He made sure that it was installed in such a manner that it minimized leakage of air (had to cut out a hole on the second floor to add the coil) and also ensured sufficient airflow by putting in a new return (had to cut out a hole in another closet to do so) and including it in the cost of the installation. Glaze is a company with integrity. They insist on doing a quality job, and do what they say they will do. All information was clear and straight forward.

Responded promptly to our call. Tech informed us of problems found & repairs made. Will gladly use Glaze again.

Very quick response for an appt after initial request to evaluate problem. We opted for a new Hvac unit. A team came in and installed it in about 5 hours. Very nice and helpful. Unit working! I would recommend.

We spoke to them this morning and a tech came right after lunch. Everything was checked out promptly and they were courteous and very professional. Recommended we could save money by getting the maintenance plan rather than pay for two separate service calls. We highly recommend them for their work and integrity.
