We have been using KSL for maintenance of our aircon at all our branches for a number of years. They have always provided an excellent service, are reliable and attentive when needed. Their engineers seem knowledgeable and always friendly. They also respond to call outs in a timely manner so can't fault them. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Tom will always come to find me at the end of a visit before leaving site, to give a thorough explanation of what has been done and what we need to do if further works are required, so there are never any surprises. Verbal abuse from the driver of one of the company vans at a small pedestrian crossing in southeast london today. I was on a bike, we were stationery and then I decided to move ahead given that there were no pedestrians. Drove past me again later on and continued shouting at me, ruined the evening.
