My wife and I have been considering a replacement for our 32+ year old system that was on the brink of failure. Billy of Butler County HVAC had real concern for our needs. He provided concise information with various options in equipment. We selected this company based upon Billy's answering our questions, willingness to be approachable even after business hours, and his crew. His two techs assigned to remove and install our new Trane HVAC, arrived on time, we're very friendly, did this job efficiently, & cleaned up all work areas before they left. I highly recommend this company!

I have to give props! Billy with Butler County Heating and Air is the best! My furnace went out Saturday morning during the artic freeze. I called Billy on Sunday afternoon. He offered to come right out. Ok, furnace was original to the house(1950's). Hot water heater was over 20 years old. They tore out the furnace, and were getting ready to take out the water heater. The floor was rotted. One of the guys about went through the floor! Eekkkk! Billy called to tell me this and all I could see was big $$$ signs. Then, the duct work was bad, too. Oh gosh! Anyway, everything has been replaced and and repaired. I was expecting a much larger bill than what I received, but Billy did me a solid!! If you have heating and air problems, please consider giving him a call. He won't steer you wrong. He's very trustworthy.

Amazing and fast customer service! Billy came out within an hour of my phone call. A great technician diagnosed my AC and had the parts on hand. My unit was fixed and up in running in no time. I will only use Butler!

I needed a new ac and furnace and had multiple quotes from other companies but as soon as I talked to Billy I knew who I would choose. Billy was very informative and gave me multiple options to choose what was best for us. When I called to arrange the replacement I also told them my ac unit at the time was having a hard time keeping up with the heat so Billy made sure to schedule my replacement as soon as possible so my family wouldn’t have to endure the summer heat for long. Billy ops checked our old system and gave us the options for replacement. Two installers had it installed in abt four hours two days later. Very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up their work area. Would definitely use them again.

Army was out this morning and replaced our air conditioning coil and had our system up and running in just a few hours. Excellent service! We will use Butler County heating and air service for all of our HVAC needs going forward. Thank you Army!

Seth went above and beyond helping us while we are renovating our home! Seth was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what he needed to do and gave up front pricing. Even though Butler County H & A were very busy they worked us in. It is pleasant to know there are still business that put the customer first. These are beautiful people!!

Absolutely amazing company!!!! My blower for my heater went out over night and they were able to come out and assist my furnace. They got the part and came back a couple of hours later and installed the new blower in the freezing temps even though they were super busy!! The cost was not outrageous either. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Our 27 year old AC went out and Nancy had Billy out within a few hours to look at it. They couldn’t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. It felt like I had known them for years! We got a great price for a new system. Seth and Andrew installed the new system within a few days(even though it was a very busy time for them). They were professional, friendly and enjoyable to have around. I can’t say enough about how pleasant the whole experience was! I will be recommending them every chance I get!

This company jumped through hoops to get us heat during a cold snap!! The owner came back after 7:30 pm when something wasn’t right and fixed it. This will be my first call for HVAC needs!! UPDATE!! Once again, Billy jumped through hoops on New Year's Day when the heater malfunctioned again. He left his family to come and check it and even though he couldn't fix it that day, HE MADE A HUGE SACRIFICE FOR OUR FAMILY just by coming out to help us. Thank you will never be enough to express how grateful we are for Nancy, Billy, and Kyle for being like Jesus and seeing our need and providing help! Thank you again!

We had to have a whole new air system after buying a house with a 25 year old unit in it, we were terrified of the cost since we just put so much into buying a house. After over 2 months of not having air in the Kansas summer we couldn’t take it anymore, we called and BCHAC and Nancy was quick to get Billy over to us. He gave us a few options and quotes, we were able to put some money down and finance the rest. They made the process quick and painless. The day of installation they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They took care of literally everything with no hidden fees or costs, and they left my mech. room cleaner than when they found it. The company that put a new hot water heater in a month ago left a mess on the floor (broken floor drain, debris everywhere) and their tech Austin took it upon himself to clean it all up. Highly impressed with Nancy, Billy and the boys. This company is everything a small business is about, they truly care about the people they serve. 15/10 highly recommend.

Pricing was reasonable compared to other competitor bids in the area. The quote process was very straightforward and there were no issues with scheduling whatsoever. They did an excellent job in spite of the difficulty of working with an older system. They were very friendly and professional at all times. They even stayed overtime to fix my broken thermostat and ensure everything was working correctly. I was very impressed with their service overall and will definitely be recommending them to others.

They did a great job. The part was a couple of hundred more then what was expected but they got the controller done fast and do quality work. He even put up with me watching to learn. Will call them again when we upgrade that unit.

Very timely service when our AC went out. Diagnosed and discussed possibilities and prices, with no gimmicks. I was beyond pleased at how quickly they were able to help. Great company with real people who care.

Billy and Seth did an awesome job in a timely manner. They came out the same day I called when our furnace died and were back first thing in the morning to install new one on a weekend. They are very professional and we would very highly recommend them to everyone. 05/16/18 Billy and his sons were back out to replace our old AC unit and again they did an awesome job. Billy looked at job on Monday, new AC installed on Wednesday. We will HIGHLY them recommend to everyone.
