I highly recommend using Bass Heating & Air Conditioning. We came back from vacation to find our furnace stopped working during the some of the coldest days of the year. After getting it inspected, we determined that we needed to replace the furnace. Bass gave us a very reasonable quote on a new unit and it was installed the very next day. The team was friendly and professional. Extremely satisfied!

Bought a house and the home inspection listed the heating system as needing attention. James came out and serviced it. Nice and easy.

Had several other companies quote 600-900 to fix my beer cooler. Ron was out 30 minutes after we called and fixed an issue that nobody else had been able to fix. Total cost was less than $300. Thanks for the great work and service!

We called this company to move a air conditioner unit from back of house to side of house. They inspected the area and gave me a reasonable quote. However, it took Several attempts to schedule an appointment for the service. The morning he was to complete the job he calls and states he needs to reschedule, wants to schedule another 2 weeks out. I told him I wanted to get the job done Soon and gave him a date the next week we were available - he said he would try. He did not hang up his phone and proceeded to tell someone that I was a f$&@ing b$&@?. I tried to call him back to confront him about his remark but wouldn't answer. I left a message stating I wouldn't be using his services #notprofessional

Paid to have a unit installed in 2018. A/C wouldn’t kick on in May 2020. Was 32 weeks pregnant with a 4 yr old and it took them a week to even come out! Then found out the screws weren’t put in a cover during installation. Charged me for a temporary fix and wanted me to pay even more for new wiring. Got told I had to have taken the screws out of my own unit! Why would I pay to have something installed and sabotage it to have to pay more out of my own pocket? Wouldn’t recommend them at all

Refused to help without a hundred dollars up front. Was the coldest day of the year with 3 little girls. I offered to show my electronic pay stubs, provide card number, account number, routing, ANYTHING! They simply refused to assist! I wouldn't recommend!

We woke up to no heat this morning and called Bass. Within 20 minutes Ronnie was here and fixed the problem and we were warm again! He had the necessary part on his truck. Thank you for your quick service! Tricia Campbell Woods

My air conditioner stopped working int he middle of the Kansas HOT Summer! I had called another HVAC contractor and was told there was a waiting list and they couldn't get to me for another 5 days.  I called Casey and he was at my house in about an hour, diagnosed the problem, had the parts available in his truck, completed the repair, and volunteered to close the windows in my house and start the air.  All of this while I was at work BEFORE my lunch break!  Casey is trustworthy as he was previously a Firefighter/EMT and works part-time as a Sheriff's Deputy.  He said he'd just leave me the bill on the counter.  The cost was extremely reasonable and Casey's service is fast and friendly!  I will definitely call him again!
