These guys are awesome, called them first thing in the morning they showed up in a couple hours and done a great job.

Steve was great! Came out the next morning after I called the evening before with the a/c not working. He was very kind and quickly fixed the problem without costing an arm and a leg. I’ll be calling them again.

How dare you guys change $150 service fee and then charge another $150 for a tiny drainage tube! I will let everybody know not to call you guys. There are cheaper companies that are higher quality and honest that ,care about their customers.. You guys serviced my parents furnace and charged them $300 for a simple fix. I wish they would’ve called me first before calling you guys. I know of a local company that would not have charged nearly that amount. I don’t know how you guys sleep at night overcharging people like this. It’s disgusting..

Left a message, (because they don't answer their phone), about a complete new system install. I wanted to get an estimate and they decided it wasn't even worth their time to return the call, so I'm going elsewhere.

I highly recommend Quality Refrigeration. Service was friendly, attentive and informative. I will absolutely be calling them in the future to service my business.
