This family owned company was great to work with. When our furnace started to go out, they were quick to respond, friendly and honest. They gave us a fair price, and the installers were knowledgeable and cleaned up well. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in search for a good HVAC company!

We let them know what part needed repaired on our furnace. They were able to give us a fair estimate of the cost over the phone, which we appreciated. They were able to obtain the necessary part and still arrived almost two hours earlier than their initial estimate. The repairmen was friendly and efficient, and had our heat back on within an hour. The furnace is back to running well. We also appreciated not being pressured into buying a new system, which a previous company we called had done. Impressed with their service, and will certainly be giving them our future business and recommending them to people we know who need heating/ac help.

Amazing experience. Currently selling my home and inspector informed me sparks were emitting from unit and that he shut it down. Because I do not live at the property I called numerous companies in an effort to get someone there as soon as possible. Turk was the first company to call and say a tech was en route and once the tech, Eric, arrived it didn’t take long to determine that he knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything to me in real time and it was a very transparent interaction. He set proper expectations regarding the pricing of needed parts/labor and then exceeded them shortly thereafter by discovering on his own that the warranty on the unit covered the parts! I highly recommend Turk and am super thankful for Eric’s professionalism and customer service. 5 stars!

Turk Heating and Cooling came out for a new HVAC system today. They showed up right on time and were very quiet throughout the whole ordeal. I work from home currently and I could barely hear them installing the furnace. The technicians were respectful and wore masks within the home, which was greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with the service and would 100% hire them again!

All of the Turk Team were all very professional, sharp and pleasant to work with during all past processes. They have been outstanding. I found them through Angie's List then found out a lot of people I know use them and like them very much.

What other Companies could not do with existing wiring. Family owned TURK heating/Cooling Company did and solved issues in no time, Techs fully on top of their line of work... From the initial phone call to the visit to our house, everything was perfect. They got me on the schedule quickly and were great at communicating with me throughout the process. Chris was knowledgeable and great with my crazy dogs:) We will ONLY use Turk for our HVAC projects and refer them to friends and neighbors every chance we get.

Mark Turk Jr. was very helpful, professional, and identified the need for replacement of our 23 year old system for our 2,500 square foot home. The 2 installers were also very professional, patient in explaining their process and answering my questions, and completed the work in one day. The price was very competitive of our new Carrier system. We will continue to hire this company for regular tune ups and recommend them to anyone seeking a new HVAC system.

Great experience. They were the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They did every thing they said they would in a timely manner and explained things more thoroughly than any other company. We will always use them in the future.

They did a good job installing the u it. Very professional and went out of their way to answer questions and ensure that I was satisfied with the job.

I received a very quick response via message after using request a quote after normal business hours, and was kept in the loop with scheduling/time of arrival etc. The tech that showed up was really nice. I was able to verify their quote was within a reasonably similar price range to the other companies in the area and chose them to diagnose because they had the quickest response as it was an emergency, most reasonable diagnostic fee, and were able to come out to diagnose within 12 hours of my initial contact to them. The only two things I would have like is if they waive diagnostic fee if you end up doing the repair, and would have liked it if they didn't have to schedule the repair 6 days later, but not worth negative grade since the repair required 4 hours of labor, on the 4th of July weekend and the part for repair needed ordered. (Diagnostic took place around 5:30 on Friday)

Exceptional service all around. First time using this company and impressed with their service, knowledge, professionalism. During spring mainenance discovered a valve which wasn't operating correctly. After replacement my A/C is working better than it has in years. Finally, rooms are staying cool. Prior company I had used for years, never able to fix the problem. Mark T. was knowledgeable and professional, explaining everything well. Will look forward to ongoing business relationship with this company. Signed Maintenance contract for Spring and Fall work. Highly recommend this company.

I can’t say enough incredible words about this company and the service they provided. I called them while at work because we recently installed a Nest thermostat (ourselves) and when we set the house to cool, it instead heated our entire house to almost 90 degrees when we woke up. Also, it was time to have our systems checked so we figured it would kill two birds with one stone. After seeing over 100+ A rated reviews on their profile and seeing that every person had a great experience and the fact that the owner responds to every review, made it an easy decision to call Turk to see if they could come help. The owner picked up immediately and was super friendly and helpful. He was very upfront that they were really busy but would still do everything they could to get out to me the same day which would help save me money also, which I really appreciated. He said he would get back to me in a couple hours to let me know if they could come out. Sure enough, they called to let me know they could make it if we still needed service and came right on out. When I called my wife to let her know they were on the way, she was slightly uncomfortable having a strange man come into our home without me being there. I had her go online and read the reviews like I did, which calmed her down and made her feel more comfortable. Mark showed up and the entire time he was beyond professional, helped my wife feel very comfortable with him and also helped educate her on what he was doing and why. He found out that there was a product issue with the nest thermostat itself so he put back on our old one. He also did the clean up and check up of our system. He found that there was an issue with our compensator which needed replaced and made sure to ask before simply replacing it, which we appreciated. Furthermore he could have done a few more things to raise the price of the service but gave us his very honest opinion and let us make the informed decision for ourselves. All in all it was a great experience with a local family owned company. I will HIGHLY recommend Turk to anyone who’s looking for a super honest, trustworthy, reliable and quality driven HVAC provider. Thank you so much!

Great. Turned out to be a carbon coated sensor. Cleaned my whole furnace for the fee....

Great work did a call to remind to schedule the furnace tune up in early fall. The technicians that came out provided great customer service and cleaned up after themselves. Did a great and thorough job.

We moved, and the furnace & air conditioning in the home were both about 21 years old. We already had problems with the furnace, so I knew instantly who I wanted to do the work - Turk. It went extremely well, they installed a 95% efficient furnace and new central air unit. As with our other home, everything went perfect. I HIGHLY recommend these guys - very efficient, professional, and they know their stuff!

On a sub-zero day when there were numerous furnaces malfunctioning, we found Turk HVAC to fix the furnace at one of my rental properties. I called in the early afternoon and they told me that they may not be able to get to it until the next day. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to service the unit on the same day even though it was late in the day. They fix the problem efficiently. I will certainly call on them again when needed.

Honest, affordable and friendly! My furnace stopped working on New Year's Day. I've used Turk in the past for maintenance so I knew they were qualified and a good company to work with. On New Year's Day the owner answered the phone, we discussed the issue and he sent a technician out, Chris, who arrived pretty quickly after he had finished another job on the opposite side of town. They needed a part, the owner went and got the part I needed, helped the technician out and got me up and running. You could not ask for nicer people. They were very friendly, extremely fair, honest to a fault, fast and they did a great job! Thank you both Mark and Chris, I will be contacting you in a couple of months to replace my 30 year old furnace soon here!

Furnace went out on New Year's Day with the outside temp at 4 degrees F and the wind chill at -13 F. When I called Turk Heating and Cooling, Mark Turk answered the phone promptly and a technician, Chris, arrived at my home in approximately one hour. He was able to make the necessary repairs so that I had heat again. Very pleased! Will definitely hire this company again for my future needs.

Our appointment window was 8:30 to 11AM, and they called before 8:30 to make sure it was ok to come at8:30. The technician arrived on time. My husband explained the issue, and the technician took temperatures throughout the house. He then went on to explain what some of the causes could be and made some adjustments to the system. He then went on to say that if that didn't take care of the problem, then he had another solution in mind. However, because it would cost $300-400. Overall, he spent ~2 hours at the house. The nicest part was the customer service. I will DEFINITELY use Turk again. Since that day, we had a cold spell, and I can report the problem has been solved. So happy to have found a local, reputable company I can count on.
