Charlie gave us a quote, which we approved.  Then he gave us an estimated date to start.  On the day of the job, he texted ahead to let us know when he would be there.  He spent the entire day working on the project, explaining as questions came up exactly what he was doing and why.  He asked for us to pay half up front and then the other half upon completion of the job.  He did not finish until the job was complete, which in our case meant that he started at approximately 8:15am and did not finish until 10:30pm.  He did not want to leave until he had seen the unit working reliably for a period of time.  He was very knowledgeable, very professional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have this kind of work done. <br>

Charlie went beyond what other contractors were going to do. he is extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand what work needed to be done and why, no other a/c service has done that before. His price was a little higher but because he explained the whole process and why things needed to be done this way we felt more comfortable with him decided we trusted him more and that was worth the cost. Charlie was quick to respond to the unit not working correctly and then worked with us to explore the different options regarding the different replacement units available, taking into account a wide range of budget options. He was a great resource. Once the decision was made, he worked with us to quickly process the paperwork to get the unit ordered and complete the installation. Charlie is easy to work with and very good about communicating the progress of installation. I would highly recommend him. <br />

My overall experience was very positive. I had Charlie come out to explain what I wanted to do and get his recommendations on how best to accomplish it. He was able to recommend everything I needed and give me some insight on things to install now, in case I wanted them later. <br /> Once we settled on a price, he then worked with my basement contractor to coordinate install dates. He made good on all dates and installation deadlines. <br />

The service tech was out at my house within the hour. Ron was very friendly and fixed my furnace quickly and explained that I should have it cleaned to prevent another breakdown. I signed up for their membership and got the cleaning for free. Awesome service and value! Definitely recommend

The ok company, maybe next time be better prepared to use your equipment, not the customers. but the overall ok company. I would call them again.

He installed the right furnace for my house. Redid some duct work and put in new dampers so there was more air flow going to the second floor. He also installed a thermostat in my bedroom. I now can control the temperature in my bedroom

For the first time in 22 years our bedroom is warm and the basement is comfortable. He fixed problems I never thought could be fixed. He added a damper system and thermostat; a solution which was never suggested by anyone.

Very friendly and knowledgable and perfectionist. Renato replaced our furnace and ac and added a zoning system. Our bedroom upstairs had always been too cold or too hot but with this new system and zoning the whole house is comfortable both downstairs and upstairs. Completely recommend.

Our AC went out and we called STAT HVAC to get it looked at. Ron came out the same afternoon and did a very thorough inspection of our old system. He gave us a quote to get it fixed and different options to get it replaced and explained everything in a way we could understand. We decided to go with a new high efficient system and could not be any happier. Our house has never been this comfortable. They did an awesome job and Iâ m definitely calling them if I ever have any other issues with my HVAC system.
