Our heat went out at the start of the cold season. Ken from Eichs was able to come out same day and was able to get the part needed to fix the problem. I appreciate that I felt no pressure to do any unnecessary services as I have with other companies. I will definitely use Eichs again for our HVAC needs.

We have used Eich's for the past few years, starting with the need for a new AC & furnace and duct cleaning. Ken and his son were exceptional with the quality of work and the costs were very reasonable. But wanted to give a special shout out as I reached out today to see if they can assist a longtime friend with his furnace. My friend is struggling with health issues and his heat has been out for several weeks. But Ken and his son came out within a couple of hours of me reaching out and fixed the issue. And again, I know other contractors could have easily charged double, so we are grateful for the quick help and compassion shown.
