Prompt service. However, after finishing cleaning my mini split I told the tech there was still mold spots in the casing near the fan. He tried to wash it out again but spots stayed. I asked if the protective grates could be removed and he stated he wasn’t sure but would possibly have to remove the housing. He then told me I shouldn’t worry about it and left. I spent about 20 minutes finishing the clean and hopefully got the rest of the mold out. Took the best pictures I could but it doesn’t show the whole amount left. Updating review to 4 stars. The owner reached out to me almost immediately after posting and made everything right. Will 100% continue to use them for my hvac needs.

UPDATE: After my initial review the owner contacted me and explained it was a truly unfortunate miscommunication with a new appointment scheduler and offered to have someone out to me ASAP with no labor charge for the mishap. First thing Monday morning I got a call from their tech saying he could show up even earlier if I was ready for him. We had installed a mini split in our pole barn and had followed all of the instructions but could not get any heating or cooling. We tried the manufacturer's support line and still couldn't trouble shoot the issue. William was here for a couple hours and had our mini split up and working perfectly! It turns out, the manufacturer left out some pages in the manual that explained there was another valve to open. Our tech, William, was able to trouble shoot this and find the solution on his own which he then confirmed with the manufacturer's tech support and confirmed with them that they have pages missing. It was absolutely something we would NOT have been able to figure out on a supposed DIY system. I cannot thank Ohana enough for their help. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue and wouldn't accept payment even when I offered, as good work deserves good pay. While I'm not hoping for us to have any more HVAC issues, I know that if we do, we're calling Ohana and we'll be well taken care of.

These guys are top notch! We originally purchased our a/c and furnace off of them with no issues after 3 years. I just asked if they could fit me in to install a mini split in my shop I purchased elsewhere. Not only did they come and do it they stayed true to their quote. They’re crew was very friendly.

Great experience. Had someone out to look at my ac within 2 hours of calling. Tech did not have what was needed for repairs on truck and advised would return next morning. Ended up being next afternoon, but called to let me know he was running behind and then called when he was on his way. Very satisfied. Highly recommend. Ohana also replaced my furnace last fall and that was an excellent experience as well.

Woke up to a potentially dangerous situation with my outside shutoff and immediately called. The response was incredibly quick for a Saturday. A technician was immediately dispatched and showed up less than a hour later. Dan did a great job of fixing the problem in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner. This was my second time using Ohana and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys!

I had Dan out from Ohana heating and air to do a service call to prepare for the winter season did a good job and checked everything out said it’s good to go this is a great company they do good work and keep you informed about arrival time.

Gave a 5 star because it wont let me give 10. Our air condition pipes busted in the hottest days of the year. I messaged them thinking it will be forever before there able to come out as my experience with hvac situations in the past with othwr companies. Wrong messaged me same day instantly next morning out first thing to inspect Seth was awesome. Told me what was wrong and said the owner Shane will get ahold of me and let me know when they could fix it and how much. As told Shane the owner got ahold of me promptly! He was awesome gave me very reasonable price and next morning which was today they got here early before they even open and started working. William was the guy that came to fix it and was fantastic. He was nice. Very knowledgeable and a superb worker. In 100 degree heat and under our house for around 6 to 7 hours total I dont think be even took a break. Great Company I'll never use anyone but Ohana they are great! Dont hesitate made a stressful situation so much easier ! Awesome Awesome Awesome!

Ohana did an excellent job Installing my ductless heating and cooling system. I would recommend them to anybody. Since it has been installed my power bills went from $280 at the most expensive down to a $154. I can't guarantee that everybody will see as much of a reduction as I did. But I can guarantee that the service you get from ohana you get from ohana will be professional and upright.

5 stars aren't enough! The technicians were polite, knowledgeable and complete. The cost of the repair was beyond reasonable. They double checked everything and cleaned up nicely before leaving. The absolute best and most reasonably priced service in Mt. Vernon. Thank you so much!

Ohana heating and air is a must to call if you are having a problem with your air they have a really good group of people. The two guys Came out today and diagnosed what the problem was right away and now my air is working again. Me and my wife and my kids want to thank them again and we definitely will have ohana heating and air on the top of our list if we're having another problem. YEE YEE!! 👍

At first it seemed like our technician was having problems finding out what was wrong. Turns out there were a lot of issues with our AC system. He had to return the following day and the problems were all fixed when I got home from work. He worked hard and long to repair our system. Job well done,

I called Ohana Heating and Air to take a look at my AC after the coils were frozen. They sent out technician same day and took a look at it. Refrigerant was low, they charged it up and had it running within an hour. Great service and quick turnaround
