The technicians went above and beyond, first attempting to locate parts for a 1950s furnace and eventually replacing it. At one point, they came up against a dead end when my chimney had too much interior damage, but they quickly pivoted to find another solution so that I could have heat in my home before winter weather kicked in.

They came out the same day we made contact and Charles was extremely informative and honest. I ended up deciding to replace my AC unit and they came out the next day and got busy. In the process Charles noticed a major problem that was approaching with my furnace and explained a number of things to me about it and left the decision up to me with no added pressure. I finally decided to replace my furnace in the middle of my AC unit being installed and Charles and his amazing crew did not flinch they politely made the adjustments with the work and their schedule and had me together in no time. Customer Service was horrible. I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up. when I called to find out why they said the appointment was changed. I was never notified about the change, but they said that they could come out 3 hours after the scheduled time. they were still late and showed up 4.5 hours after the original schedule time!

It's hard to put into words how great the all around service and value Charles provided, but I'll try. From the beginning of the consultation, Charles and his team were very professional. He explained everything we asked and more. The time to install a new AC, furnace, hot water tank AND to perform the necessary work for a gas conversion was a matter of a few days. The quality of the work was impeccable. The crew cleaned up the work area each day before departing. Charles was always available to answer questions and provided information throughout the install. The price and value for what we received was above the 4 other competitors we received quotes from. I will continue to give Global my business and recommend them to anyone needing HVAC/water tank solutions.
