I had a leak in the pipe connecting toilet to sewer. Four Season came and replace my old corroded cast iron piping with PVC piping, and also replaced the old toilet with a new one.

Had a 5-hour window to deal with. Plumber was very friendly. Cost was ridiculously high with a number just thrown out there for the cost. No breakdown of charges. Turns out it didn’t fix the issue, so back to square one.

My mother contacted Four Seasons Heating and Cooling on 01/26/2026 for a water leak. What should have been a simple service call turned into them replacing her boiler?something that was not needed. The technician arrived at 8:00 a.m. and instead of shutting the water off, allowed it to continue leaking for approximately three hours while he tried to determine ?how my mother?s credit was? so they could charge her for additional work. He even made the comment, ?Oh, there is no way you could afford this in cash,? which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. After being pressured into purchasing a new boiler costing nearly $17,000, her tenants were left with NO HEAT because the job was not completed correctly. A second technician had to come out to bleed the old pipes and stated that the original work was done incorrectly. I was on the phone during a call with customer service and had to take over because of how rude and disrespectful they were toward my mother. Once I took over

Contacted Four Seasons to rod my sewer drain. They came out and stated that they would need to come back the next day with the rod and camera water jet to see what is clogging the line. In order to lock in the amount of almost $1500 and the time of 8am-1pm, I will need to make a down payment of half. I did half. The next day a guy from the company came with only the rod.and when I questioned him about the camera, he ignored me and continued his conversations via phone with others. Later he tells me after I asked again about the camera that I owed the other half $750. I did not pay and informed him that I didn?t get the services that I had made a deposit for in the beginning. He then started that the guys are busy and will be out on Monday 1/12/2026. He stated he went 55ft with rodding. No one came on 1/12/2026. On 1/12/2026 and 1/13/2026 I spoke to 3 managers and a supervisor?Brian, Jenny, and another person who didn?t know Jenny or Bryan and I was told that the rodding was $740 and

First of all, I have been with Four seasons for over 20 years. Bought a brand new furnace in 2020, and had 5 year part and labor warranty. Every year I have gotten cleaning and service maintenance on the furnace between September and November. This year I knew my warranty would be up, and I had the furnace cleaned in 10/15/2025, and the technician stated everything was good and it worked fine up until 11/10/2025. I called because the furnace was not heating up the house, the AI system schedule an appointment with an 85.00 service fee. I just had the furnace cleaned and service on 10/15/2025, I?m not paying so I called back and talked to a person on 11/12/2025, And asked about the service and my warranty. The lady stated that I would not be charged for service and I was still within my warranty. I told her I would monitor the furnace to see what it was doing because it had appeared to be heating up the house. Moving forward I called on 11/18/2025 because the furnace was not heating up
