Cardinal heating and cooling is great! We had a panic one evening after hours during below 0 temps when our heater wasn’t responding. Cardinal responded immediately with troubleshooting steps and walked us through what to do. What they suggested worked and our family was able to sleep cozily that night! We are so thankful for their dedication to their customers!

I highly recommend Cardinal! A rare find in the trades. They fixed my issue quickly had amazing communication. It’s rare to find such an honest and reliable company who didn’t focus on money. I felt like the tech actually cared. We had a family member refer them. Cardinal will be used from now on!

Cardinal was great. Called them for a second opinion after the first company told us we needed a new furnace. The tech from Cardinal, Jordan, was very professional and thorough. His diagnosis was that our furnace needed a little TLC. Did not identify any major issues. Told us about their bi-annual service program and how they could help us extend the life of our HVAC system. We had our AC go out just days before the 4th of July holiday weekend. Called our Friends at Cardinal Heating and Cooling and Cathy took our call, while out of town and got us scheduled. Chuck came out to measure first thing and by the next morning his team was here to replace our 24+yr old unit. Absolutely STELLAR customer service and attention to detail! As with a lot of things at Cardinal, this started out with Kathy, as she was able to answer some questions about my air filter. Kathy was able to expedite and get the req in the hands of the technician. Enter: Jordan, who I have familiarity (and knows my house and appliances well. :-)). I'm not one to write reviews but this is warranted. We moved into a new house in July and had several issues we wanted looked at. After being ghosted by two other local providers I contacted Cardinal Heating & Cooling. I had an appointment made within days and they worked around my schedule. I got a text 10-15 minutes before the technician was set to arrive and he arrived at the exact minute of the appointment. My technician was polite and professional. He addressed all my issues with ease. He had the opportunity to up-sell me on a broken humidifier but repaired instead which saved me around $200. There were a couple of items outside their scope of work and the technician gave me recommendations of other vendors to address. For all the work completed I felt the price was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Cardinal for excellent service which is very rare these days.

We used Cardinal for all our HVAC needs when building our new home. They did a wonderful job. They are a very professional company. We met several members of their team during our project. They were always courteous and accommodating if we had special requests. We also appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves each day they were out. Once we were in our new home, they even followed up with additional cleaning of our vents and filters. The system works great. We would highly recommend using Cardinal to our family and friends.

My self-contained wine cooling unit died, and I feared it would be a huge task to replace. Cardinal came out and installed a new one in an hour and a half. Extremely friendly, very clean work, and even took the old unit at no extra cost. They went above and beyond in every way, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

We had Cardinal out to replace our air conditioner and furnace. They were awesome! They worked with our schedule as we were also co-ordinating a roof replacement. Their prices were competitive and the day of the installation could not have gone smoother. Every technician was super friendly. We didn't even realize how messed up our indoor air flow was until it was done the right way by Cardinal. No more hot spots in the house. They even sent us rebate information without us asking with the final bill. Thank you so much team!

Cardinal HVAC is the absolute best. Don’t waste your time with others. Not only are they very professional and do excellent work, but they’re honest and friendly. Quick example, I had an AC problem and a couple companies came out and said it would be about a $3000 job. Cardinal came out and said it actually wasn’t a big problem and fixed it for a few hundred bucks! It’s been 2 years & running perfect. They earned my business for life with that kind of honesty. They really do treat you like family!

Cardinal Heating and Cooling is an amazing company to work with. We have had multiple calls to them this past year and every single time they deliver timely service, wonderful customer service and fair competitive pricing. When I call, Kathy gets back to me almost immediately, keeps me up to date on the status of parts ordered and gets us on the schedule as soon as possible. They were also one of the only companies I could find to get the parts for and fix our wine cellar unit. This family business is truly a gem!

They do seem friendly and professional at first but the price is quite high and the younger staff is very cocky. It looks like there's a couple older guys but then all the sudden the little kid appears on the construction site. Are these younger employees even 18? I would look for a better price and a more professional outfit. Lots of positive reviews on here from friends and family people in their religion. They ask for a positive Google review sure okay here's my review.

Cardinal was absolutely the best to work with. They gave us a great price and product. Ed showed me some things that were done incorrectly on the original installations and corre3cted the problems, They told us what time they would be there to start the intstallation and arrived on time. The Who;e crew were very polite. Also loved how well they cleaned up. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of heating or cooling work

Cardinal has been our go-to for HVAC issues over the last 5 years. They're honest and upfront with business questions, and what they quote you is what you'll see on the invoice (no hidden fees!). We've had to do Saturday and Sunday calls and the technician is always there within an hour, and friendly when they arrive. Highly recommend this HVAC company for heating and cooling.

Cardinal was referred to me by a co worker...who had a really good experience Cardinal was very responsive and Jordan was kind and professional They were able to reach my address within 5 hrs of my original inquiry & service phone call. Service call rate and parts; reasonably priced Jordan took his time explaining initial findings and offered the solution along with the price points. Chuck and his crew have done a new install for an addition and now a replacement for the original house, plus a significant rework of the duct work. They are great to work with and completely trustworthy. Pricing is always right where it needs to be. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Also, Kathy in the office is super organized, responsive and helpful.

On January 5th, I woke up and found that my furnace was not working. So, I called Cardinal Heating and asked for emergency service since we had no heat. Fortunately, Cardinal was able to schedule an appointment for mid morning and was able to resolve the problem. I am very grateful for their prompt response and the excellent work provided by the service technician.

Purchased a top of the American Standard line high efficient furnace and matching air conditioning unit. Not only was it reasonably priced, but they didn't just do an equipment installation. They improved the ductwork, which in turn improved both air flow out and return. Great Company, great service, and great people who function like a family owned and concerned business. They function with integrity, a not so common attribute!

Professional, quick, and fair - called them in the afternoon & they were out first thing in the morning. Tech was knowledgeable & able to fix the issue on site. Highly recommend for honest and fair service.
